Rudi screamed. "NO!" He watched in shock as the others in the pack dragged her to the now human Alpha, Marcario. He tutted. "Such a beautiful mess, shame we have to torture her pretty little face." Marcario laughed, evil thick in his tone. Rudi was shaking with fear and anger. He wished to be in the shadows no more. But there was nothing he could do... he just had to save Sabrina...
As he was getting ready to pounce, a strong force knocked him cold, breaking his bones and causing a jagged rock to pierce his chest.

Sabrina coughed and sputtered while she slept, her dream was the living definition of nightmare. No one could save her in this realm.

Rudi howled, feeling isolated, mainly because he was. Luckily, Sabrina's cage was adjacent to his, so he could watch over her. She had been out for 2 days and 11 hours. He knew she would wake soon.
The deep cut in his chest made it hard for Rudi to breathe, so he struggled to howl. But he continue howling, in the hopes that Sabrina would hear the sound and wake up.

Sabrina woke up coughing and hacking, she looked around and when she saw Rudi s howled with him. "RUDI! ARE YOU OK?"

Rudi stopped howling."Yes, just a small wound on my chest..." He said shakily. "Are you?!"

Sabrina licked the bars of the cage and whimpered. "Yeah, I'm fine. How long have I slept? I'm so sorry Rudi."

Rudi sighed. "2 days? It's not your fault it's Mar-" His ears twitched when he heard the sound of footsteps. Marcario entered, glaring at Sabrina and him. "What was that RACKET?!" He walked up close to Sabrina. "If you don't shut the hell up, I'll make you." He threw in a minuscule piece of meat, nowhere near enough for one meal, despite the whole day. He scowled at Rudi. "Don't do anything stupid, like normal." He walked out.

Sabrina growled at Marcario and started to chew on the piece of meat. She was starving and though this wasn't much it was better then absolutely nothing. She laid down and started to chew on it more heavily. When she was only a quarter through it she tossed it over to Rudi and started to relax. "Are you hungry? They don't seem to feed you well."

Rudi shrugged. "I know, I've learn to grow used to it. But I was born in the shadows- this is the burden of it." He took a big bite, savouring it. This was a lot compared to his normal portions. "Thanks, Sabrina" He smiled at her gratefully.

Sabrina smiled warmly and started to feel as if she was going to be OK. As long as Rudi was here it would all be fine. "Of course."

Rudi cowered at the sound of faint steps. Not Marc again! he thought, fear washing over him. Looking at the floor, he waited for the deafening orders of his Alpha. But, instead of Marcario's voice, he heard a blunt "Hello. Who's this? Your girlfriend?" When Rudi looked up, he met Luca's deep-blue, intriguing eyes. Rudi sighed. "Well, I don't know..." He watched in shock as Luca unlocked Sabrina's cage.

"Hello, Sabrina. You have to trust me- come with me and you'll be safe. I have something important to tell you..."

Sabrina was intimidated and interested by this man, she nodded and stepped out of the cage waiting to see where they would go. "Yes, of course. Where are we going?"

Lena stepped in with Luca, she went over to Rudi's cage though Sabrina gave her a slight glare and unlocked it. "Hi, come with me Rudi." Her voice was sugary sweet and she reached out a delicate hand for Rudi.

Rudi took Luna's hand. When he looked into her eyes, he felt as if his heart was being pulled into a never-ending abyss. He tried to fight the strong urge to trust her, to obey her. But her eyes, her mesmerizing voice were too intriguing. He was captured in her twisted lies. Rudi obediently followed her

Lena giggled, it was a beautiful sound, as she pulled him along she asked him questions and told him stories. "So Rudi, we're here to talk about Sabrina."

Luca lead Sabrina out of the pack's caves. "We are going somewhere far away from that RUDI..." He turned around and clasped Sabrina's hands, looking into her eyes. "I just want you to stay away from him... he is twisted, dishonest... he hurt me..." He pretended to be sad, looking betrayed.

Rudi looked at her, puzzled. "Yes? What about her?"

Sabrina looked saddened too, this hurt her as much as it did him. In a rushed judgement she leaned forward and hugged him tightly. "Yes, I won't do it I promise. How did he hurt you?"

Lena looked around quickly and back to Rudi as if frightened. "She is a light wolf first of all, second she has nothing to do with us, third..our alpha...he had to be treated because of her sick infested fangs digging into him! It was horrid Rudi! No girl like that deserves your love."

Rudi looked shocked."Really?! I guess you're right..." He thought for a moment. "But without her, who will I have left? No-one cares about me..."

Luca looked to the floor, erasing any signs of lying from his expression. When he looked back up, Luca was in tears. "He isn't who you think... he lies to people, charming the other packs with his powers. He thrives on damaging innocent, beautiful girls like you. He will trick you, make you love him then... then.." He took a deep breath. "He KILLS you. He killed my mother, my sister... I won't let that feeling of rejection dawn upon you, Sabrina..." He brushed her hair out of her face.

Lena put her hands on his shoulders and her eyes watered slightly, man was she putting up a good act today! This was so easy! Her expression was sad and wanting. "I will Rudi, have you never noticed me passing you and staring? I am in love with you, when that dog stole you I knew you had been seduced and forced to the wrong side. She must've tortured you!"

Sabrina's eyes widened slightly as she nodded and wiped some of the tears from his cheek slowly. "Thank you, I am in your debt. I can't believe myself." She was in a lovely trance and though she frowned the place was bright and cheery, they mattered in this place and they would find out what was good.

Luca gave her a small smile. "Don't blame yourself... you have me now..." He leant in and kissed her, his soft lips touching hers.

Rudi looked up at Lena. "You... in love with me? But you are so beautiful, so perfect..." Somewhere deep in his mind, his conscience was telling him to stop, to back away and never touch her again. But that part had no say in what Rudi did anymore.

Lena shook her head though in her head she was nodding and laughing. "No Rudi, you are perfect." She whispered as she planted a soft. passionate kiss on his lips and wrapped he arms around him. "Your mine, my mate."

Sabrina knew that what they were doing wasn't right, somewhere deep in her mind she was being stupid. "Yes, I do." She stated as she kissed him back with her soft lips and a fierce passion in her eyes.
