Unless the term "90s kid" refers to children born in the '90s and their childhood up through the early 2000s. But as for the factors previously mentioned, it is a subjective opinion based on culture. That being said, since nothing can be said about it definitively, is it really worth discussing at all?

Those who experienced the culture/events/etc. of the 90s and were old enough to now remember it. I think 92 or 93 might be pushing it, and 94 is for sure the cutoff.Anything back to the early 80s is old enough to have been through some/most of it as a kid.

The word 'teen' at the end of the number of their current age. "Kid" is used flippantly so maybe 90s child is what you're looking for?
