Biography: They say at the beginning there was darkness and that god created light, for Andrej it was the same. He was born in the wastes as son of raiders living near a junkyard, the problem here was that the junk laying there was exposing radiation over years, the raiders did not live long enough to fully notice and often blamed their problems on drugs or a bullet sticking somewhere but well Andrej was born blind.
As a blind baby he had few chances to survive in the wastes but then things turned around. It was the enclave. Superior humans who just were on their way to a last keep where they could withstand the brotherhood as well as the NCR and Legion. The junkyard was just on their way and well there is barely an easier way for enlave people than to burn down a small raider camp to refill some food stocks. As they marched through the camp they killed everyone but... Andrej. The leading officer was standing before the fragile child, seeing it´s blind eyes and it´s miserable shape while it´s mother was laying fat and bloated from drugs in the same shack, she decided to give herself an overdose than to die by someone elses hand. The leading officer took the child with him and named him. Maybe the officer was cruel but not as cruel as letting a baby rot in the wastes.
His few other companions did not ask about it and maybe they thought i was because he was getting old and senile but maybe they also feared the reaction of their officer, either way it does not matter anymore.
What changed Andrej´s life happened when they arrived at their destination, it was a small bunker near Jacobs town and down there, was still life, still the old america and so...doctors who could help the blind helpless child.
Even thou the chance was below 4,34% and there even was a 20% chance of dying the leading officer agreed to an opperation to gain this small child eye sight.
The opperation was a sucess and what Andrej saw first...was nothing more or less than the face of god.....the flag of america and so the symbol of the old world, the enclave.
Andrej grew up in the enclave and so sadly saw only their dying remnants to prevent that he specialised himself in medicine, also to inventigate what saved as he was young.
Here he wasn´t as capable to fully understand what they tried to teach him but he made progress, what therefor was more noteable was his understanding of chemistry.
Bad tounges were claiming this on his "raider" genes but his knowledge quickly surpassed the creation of drugs, he specialised himself on steriouds, chemical weapons and body enchanters, even new medicines got created by suprised scientist of the enclave.
Things still went down hill and Andrej grew more and more unsettling with the enclave, the people here were getting old and sticked to much to their rules and so, one day he left, not in bad blood but rather with the praise of his adoptive father.

Again Andrej saw the face of god as he stepped into the bright light of enclave. Many years he travelled through the wasteland, metting many fractions and gathered knowledge about many things but most mentionable about his journey was the short meeting with a courier.
He partly joined the follower of the apocalypse to spread his knowledge about medicine and chemistry.
It was a dark stormy night and a sand storm was keeping Andrej and his companion from getting any further so they seeked shelter in a near cave. The cave seemed empty and so they lit a camp fire.
Both decided to rest and Andrej quickly fell asleep, it was then as shots torn him out of dreams. He opened his eyes and just saw his companion being torn into shreds by some mutated animal, claiming this thing a deathclaw woudn´t be that far off but it was smaller, quicker and crueler.
Andrej was about to die but flee deeper into the cave, he set some explosives and so nearly burried him and the creature.
He was now trapped in the cave untill....suddenly light bursted in and he saw the flag of the old world, being worn by a strange man...the courier 6.
He was saved by that man and promised to return that debt one day.
Today Andrej retreaded with the follower´s further into NCR territority.

Specialization: Knowledge about medicine and chemcials, he´s moderate with shooting and melee and more over trained with energy weapons, he is still more the pacifist.
He´s also good with explosives.

Name: Rina "Safety Net" Blunt

Rina Blunt

Biography: Born May 23, 2255 in the New California Republic to a traveling trader (Marissa Nuevarro) and an NCR Ranger (Samuel Blunt). She spent her early years with her mother traveling along the caravan routes. When her mother passed she joined the New California Republic Army by taking the last name of her father and became enlisted at the age of 16.

She was noted to have exceptional marksmanship and the fortitude to follow any orders given. She joined the 1st Recon regiment at the age of 19 and was noted for serving with distinction despite her foul mouth and blunt honesty.
During this time she earned the designation of "Safety Net" for completing every mission she was assigned to with no losses of life among her partners.

She was promoted to the NCR Ranger regiment after serving only two years in 1st Recon. She became one of the youngest female rangers in NCR history due to her skill and perhaps her family ties. Regardless she worked hard to get where she was and successfully completed the necessary training, becoming a fully recognized ranger.

She spent the next five years assigned to the NCR Mojave Outpost. (more to follow)

After the 2nd battle of Hoover Dam she continued take assignments from higher up, as well as accepting monetary bounties that were freely open. She continued to operate on the border of the Mojave Desert.

She is extremely competitive and enjoys drinking anything of the Whiskey variation. As long as its on the rocks, she'll drink it. Given that they aren't actually rocks, you know. Beers are known to be acceptable if there is no available Whiskey. Despite all her kinks, she is a soldier to the bone, having the appropriate amount of backbone to both take and dish out orders as necessary.

Traits

Small Frame - Rina is small standing at only 5'3" and 118 lbs. What she lacks in durability she makes up for in agility.
(This traits grants +1 to agility but reduces durability overall)

Skills

Guns - Rina is exceptionally comfortable in the use of most conventional firearms, from pistols to rifles. However, she lacks the strength to wield weapons such as miniguns and the impressive anti-material rifle. She is absolutely deadly at long range, and if she can see it she can kill 9 out of 10 times.

Sneak - While by no means a master thief Rina is well versed in the concept of stealth, often taken careful attention to silently remove targets while remaining undetected to gain a vantage point. However, she is no master of close-quarters combat (especially unarmed) and will go out of her way to avoid CQC situations.

Survival - Rina is used to 'roughing' in the wastes and is more than familiar to surviving off the land.

Others- Rina abhors the use of energy based weapons preferring the familiarity and smells of ballistic based weapons. She has limited experience with explosives, mostly grenade use, from her basic training when she first joined the NRC army. She prefers to stay away from their use as they draw too much attention. She has enough knowledge to pick simple locks and decrypt basic computer systems. She is very experienced in maintaining her own equipment, especially her weaponry and has limited ammo crafting knowledge (basic ammunition types only). She cannot craft her own .308 ammunition, her most used and favored.

Other: She's overtly homosexual and gets along with men more than women. She also has a canine companion by the name of "Acosador", the Spanish word for "Stalker". Acosador is a Canaan Dog and is fiercely loyal to her, protecting Rina with his life if need be.

A .45 Auto Pistol

A pipboy 2500a, designed with a larger and wider screen than the 2000's. The 2500, unlike the 3000, operates using a series of (visible) vacuum tubes and boasts a more classic design. The multitude of buttons on the Pip-Boy 2000 were condensed into 3 buttons, each of which house 5 sub-sections for neater navigation. This interface was carried over to the latest Pip-Boy 3000 unit. It was passed down her family line, part of which descends from previous vault dwellers. It clips to her belt.

Name: Grant (The only piece of his name that he can remember.)



Race: Super Mutant

Age: 65 (but this is rough guess on his part)

Gender: Male

Biography: Grant is not like most Super mutants, in fact unlike his kind before him and even after he has retained a lot of his memory from his previous life. Grant unlike most mutants chose to fight and hang on to who he was and in some respects it worked and in others it did not. Grant does not remember where he was born or who his parents were but he does remember that when he turned into a Super Mutant he was trapped within a Vault simply known as 66. Once upon a time Grant was trapped within this vault as a prisoner because his own kind viewed him as not a true super mutant because he unlike the rest did not wish to kill recklessly and chose knowledge over brute force. An it was because of his superior knowledge to his own kind that he escaped Vault 66 and went on the road to start a new life where he did not have to endure the brutality of his kind. However as it is for any mutant life outside was no easier and Grant found that humans were no more forgiving then the Super Mutants and often viewed him as a monster and more often then not tried to kill him then try to give him a chance. Grant became a nomad of sorts never staying in one spot for long and this served him for a time as he tried to survive. However it did not matter where he went he was treated by the same prejudice as before which in the end Grant fashioned himself clothing and a mask that would hide his face and body from the humans and other Super mutants. However this merely worked half the time given his size and rough voice would give him away. Grant wants but one thing in life and that is to be accepted not as a monster but as the man he was before, and he has gone out of his way to gain the trust of others so that he can live a life that is not constantly filled with solitude and no one who cares for him. An that is the reason why he has chosen to fight along side the humans in their cause not because he fully believes in it, but because he wants to show the humans that he not a blood thirsty monster, but a man who has survived the odds and kept his humanity in the face of the worst adversity.

Specialization: Grant specializes in intelligence, strength and Melee weapons. He is able to use large weapons such as chain guns if it be laser or bullet, however he prefers to use melee over guns, to him with his strength and speed Melee is the best option for him.

other: Grant unlike other Super Mutants is able to articulate his words as if he is human, however from time to time given the situation he may lose this ability, given even to him he has to use a lot of brain power just to overcome the handicaps caused by radiation. Grant is also not a brute or someone who chooses to fight first, he feels that he is better then that and will walk away if the choice is presented, he believes if he is to be trusted then he must put aside animal instincts and choose to use words and not weapons in every situation. Also Grant wears clothing in which he fashioned over a couple years he wears a pair of boots made from Brahma hide, a pair of pants that is also made from the same material. A leather and metal chained bandoleer which he wears across his chest and a large black cloak which covered his entire body plus a mask that is made of a material that can only be guessed as bone but it is unknown. An on his hands he wears a pair of leather gloves also Brahma hide.

That being said, we have a posted CS and someone showing interest. Am I to assume that our team is complete or wait until these other people are accepted/posted in?

Also, possibly going to flush out my character some more over the course of the day.

Well personally i do not prefer 1 on 1 action like "Post:1 = question, Post 2 = answer" and more over prefer collabs to shorten the many posts and to get some deepening between characters~ but that´s just me XD
