'Bout 2 characters is the limit. Also, for a rundown of what's happened: everyone's woken up. Everyone's done their daily business. At about 10:00, a tornado conduit appeared that began to wreak havoc across NYC. The RPers took him down. He was disabled by a Syndicate. Everyone was all "Oh No." Everyone went to a bar to meet up formally. They found out the Syndicate was going to do something at the Museum of Natural History. Now some people are scouting out the place to look for what they might be doing there.

Appearance:
Dark skinned, unique fashion sense.
Side: Neutral
Personality: Very reclusive. Keeps to herself and only speaks when necessary. Is very apathetic, doesn't know how to emit emotions, nor does she ever try to.
Biography: Nadiya's father died when she was the age of two, leaving Nadiya to live with her mother whom had no form of education and a very weak knowledge of english. Over the years that followed her father's death, Nadiya's mother consistently entered abusive relationships for the sake of obtaining money for rent. Her mother eventually began using drugs and began neglecting the basic needs of herself and her daughter. Her mother would sell herself for various drug dealers and eventually decide to sell her daughter's body.
At eleven, when Nadia's mother arranged it for a man to assault Nadiya, Nadiya's powers activated. Her screech blew the pimp right through the wall of her house, nearly shaking down the building to the ground. No longer feeling safe at home, Nadiya ran away and became a beggar on the streets. As time went on, she learned various skills from the homeless people in the city. She learned pickpocketing, scamming, gambling, and eventually, cooking and selling drugs. Her powers provide her the perfect protection. She doesn't sell too much so to remain hidden and safe, she's satisfied with her life and is able to rent out a small apartment with some friends. She doesn't really worry about the things going on in the round around her, as long as they don't interfere with her life.
Power-: Sound wave Generation. Is able to create physical blasts using sound vibrations. Can drastically decrease and increase the volume around her.
Other: She enjoys learning. She spends most of her time on a computer studying up on something. She's a fan of computer hacking, chemistry, and various forms of math.

I'd say clear some things up and we're set. For example, Power: is for what your main power is. Power-: is for what you can do with your power, like shooting blasts of sound, or transforming into sound waves. Maybe lengthen the biography a bit. Then you're set!
