Maktane stopped a few inches away for the man and spoke with a sound of shock and terror, "K...Kit?" The man turned toward Maktane and grew a friendly smile, "Oh hey dweeb, haven't seen you in awhile." Maktane's expression turned to one of anger, "I thought you were dead..... I was told that all three of you died!" He screamed angrily, "How could you act like nothing happened?" Kit chuckled a little and scratched the back of his head, "Right, see I was the only survivor, both our older brothers couldn't make it... sorry about that." Maktane growled silently, "Sorry? All you have to say to me is fucking sorry! Our brother died and are never coming back and all you have to say is sorry!" He was starting to lose control of his emotions and was about to lash out at any given moment.

Kaito noticed Maktane's reactions and stepped up to introduce himself.
"Hi im Kaito...I'm sure it'd better meeting you under different circumstances but hey this works I guess." He said stepping between Maktane and his brother.

Vixen took maktanes hand in her.own. tugging him back. "Maketane please. He is not worth the time.please do not let your anger take control..." she held his hand tightly kissing his cheek. She turned twards kit her eyes flashing with anger "you! Do you know how. Much your brother has gone through."she took a step and without even thinking let her hand strike across his face

Kit looked at Vixen in surprise, "Hey, look she-hulk, he's not the only one who's been through some stuff." At that moment Maktane lost it, he pulled his hand out of Vixen's grabbed the back of Kaito's head throwing him a few feet away, and griped Kit's throat, "It looks like all three of my brother will be dead." He dragged his brother outside to safe zone of the town and threw him to the ground. Kit back up slightly, "Look bro, there is no need to take this out of proportion." Maktane kicked Kit in the mouth, "Out of proportion?" He grabbed his brothers head and lifted him off the ground, "I'll show you out of proportion!" He threw Kit into a near by tree and unsheathed his weapon, slowly advancing towards him.

Kaito appeared then tackling Maktane to the ground and holding him there with all his strength.
"Maktane calm down remember the promise you made to us...to Vixen. No more killing." He said trying to calm his friend.

Vixen shot up and bolted twards maktane grabbing his hand she pulled him back. "No you are not doing this again" she barked shoving him against the tree. She pressed her lips to his it was a deep and passionate kiss full of emotion though she also prayed it would calm him enough. Pulling away she touched his cheek "please do not do this. He is the only one you have left. Do not be the one who kills your own brother... please."

Maktane stared at Vixen his eyes turning sad. Kit stood up and dusted himself off, "Well, now that this has been sorted out I'm gonna bolt." He turned around and started walking away. Maktane glanced over at his brother and spoke silently, "Figures, you never stick around anyways."

Vixen held maktanes hand i. Her own once more looking at his brother "come back with us.... ill make dinner." She breathed softly taking a step forward twards kit. "At least spend some time with your brother" she shuffled a bit

Maktane pulled Vixen back, "No, let him go, he doesn't deserve the title of brother." Kit looked at Maktane smirked and then looked at Vixen, "You heard the man, it's my time to go." He winked at her and turned around, walking away. "Good riddance." Maktane said under his breath. He pulled his hand away from Vixens and pulled his teleport crystal, "I'll see you guys at home, teleport home." And with that Maktane vanished and appeared at the apartment on floor 3.

Vixen sighed heavily anx hugged kaito pulling out her crystal "teleport home" she called teleporting the both of them to the third lever apartment. Imeaditly she made her way to the kitchen and started to cook. After a half hour she had fish on the table along with breas and rice. "Food is on you two" She sat down and ate quietly

Kaito looked at the two of them and sat down to eat. As he sat there he couldn't shake the strange feeling that hung over the room.
"Alright clearly there's an elephant in the room so lets get it out of the way and move on." He said looking to Maktane.

Maktane's expression was dark and cold, he looked at the food, ignoring Kaito's comment and simply sighed, "I'm not hungry." He turned and entered his room, sitting down on the bed with his knees pulled up to his chest. He stared blankly at the floor trying to process what had happened.

Sighing vixen ate letting out a long sigh as she finished "what a day..." attempting to talk she smiled a bit "its has been on heck of a day... but hey at least we are alive right?" Giving a chuckle she wiped her mouth. " she piled food onto a plate and looked to maktanes door. "Ill talk to him later."

Maktane's mind was going a hundred miles an hour. He looked at the door hoping someone would walk in and explain everything in his life so he could understand why he is always put in these sort of situations, but he knew that would never happened. Maktane would never figure out the point of his pain, he would just have to accept it and move on. Which was easier said then done.

Vixen picked the plate up and walked knocking softly on maktanes door. Not waiting for a responce she pushed open the door, moved inide and closed it. She handedh m the plate and took a seat at the edge of the bed. Running a hand over the wood frame she sighed "i havent been in here since my brother passed." Her voice was soft and hands shook in tbe moon light.

Maktane placed the plate on the bed and moved up, sitting on the edge of the bed next to Vixen. He sighed, "I'm sorry." He stated simply as his gazed went to the floor, his face riddled with the look of sadness.

Maktane no one blames you. I would have done the same..." she sighed softly" just no killing anyone you hear me ?" She nudged him gigglong

He nodded, "Yeah, I hear you." Maktane laid his head onto Vixen's shoulder, "I wish I was as strong as you guys. So I would be able to hold back the anger and sadness." He sighed lightly, "Just promise me you will be there when I need you."

She bit her lip Nd looked down "i cant not make a promise i can not keep maktane... if i can be there i will but..." she bit her lip and looked down " people die in here..." slowly she rested her head against his. Cheeks flushing in the moonlight. She looked up and into his eyes slowly

Maktane looked into Vixen's eyes, "We're not going to die." He placed a hand on her cheek, "I'm not going to allow that to happen."
