Personality
Quiet, maybe a little soft spoke and somewhat flighty. Rosie is an open young woman with a very sincere but sardonic personality. Her face is very soft and such her facial expressions all seem to match that. Rosie is intelligent and well kept to herself and has the self-confidence of a small rock; unbreakable but easily pushed around. Her mousy voice and quiet mannerisms make her easy to forget about or ignore (sometimes turning into a small joke- "did we forget to tell Rosie it was a festival today?"). It's because of this that her store is usually always open except for Sundays. Deep down, Rosie is a very negative person, not only to herself but toward her father who was nonexistent through her life. It is because of this that she doesn't hold relationships very long, or really at all. Her previous engagement ended on her own hand and so he left the village to the city.
Background
Rosie has been a bit of a loner but more on her own accord than others. Her mother passed when she was born which lead to her living a very quiet life as a child while her father worked the store. Though she loved to help and be around for him, he was still a small child to a single father. When Rosie was still young- he remarried a city woman and together had a daughter named, Alice. Rosie- by the choice of her grandmother, decided to remain in the small village while her father left up to the city with his new wife and daughter. As time went by and the years came and passed, Rosie began to resent her father and just thought of him as the "Good For nothing", while this does not reflect on her opinion of all men, it doesn't bode well in the case of marriage; she doesn't feel she can be the committing type. Her happy days with her grandmother however came to an end, the older finally passed away, leaving Rosemary the one who could run the family shop, something she was expecting to do her whole life. after her father returned to the village for the funeral, she met her half sister for the first time as a young woman and while the two of them had vastly conflicting personalities, (antisocial and openly extroverted) they do understand and respect each other. It was at this time that their father and Alice decided to get the girl out of the city, as she finished school. Being the proper owner of the shop, he employed his youngest to work with Rosie. Between the gap of the plot and now, Alice moved from the city in with her half sister to understand the new ways of life there and to experience things away from the city. While Rosie was alright with this, no one really asked her if that was what she wanted...

Relationships
-Father: extreme dislike
-Mother: passed before she was born
-Grandmother: the stern old woman who raised her with love and compassion who instilled her values upon her to be just as loving.
-Alice: Tolerates mildly.
-Everett Micheals: The village doctor is regularly visited by Alice and Rosie, so a work relationship is common. Since Rosie manages freight in and out of town, they would possibly converse often.
-Alex Garnet: probably wouldn't get along well due to hardly going to the bar
-Gaku Yamamoto: She believes he's a bit of a slacker, so her opinion is a little low of him.
-Eli Stern: Doesn't know her too well enough to reserve a judgment on character.
-Izzie McKenzie: a usual customer of the store for errands and such.
-Henry Manteel: Rosie would probably buy his crops to sell at the story so a common grounds business relationship would probably be about on this.
Other
-She may not like being around large amounts of people but she doesn't express it well
-Her previous engagement ended very bitterly, something to town was confused with.
-She has an extensive doll collection in her home- massive.

Personality
opposite of her elder sister, Alice is a much more pleasant and open young woman with a very sunshine and happiness personality. While Rosie is very down to earth but flighty, Alice is very whimsical and childish- not quite understanding what the world is really like outside of the cloister of protection that she lived with in the city under her mother and father. She always lived in a family with good money and thus is affects her taste which has drastically changed since she came to the village. While she is very childish, she can be nurturing, almost motherly when it comes down to it and it forces a very mature sense of being from her. Sometimes, she can come off as a bit annoying, and maybe not even the most approachable person because of how up in the clouds her mind can be. Those who speak to her sometimes get the feeling that she isn't all there in the head sometimes or think her grip on reality may be a bit off at times. Alice likes to believe that she is going to grow wings one day and fly away from the village one day to find the man who will love her forever under the moonlight. Her fantasies sometimes cause her to wander away from the house and even during her own shifts at the store.
Background
Alice was born to a very wealthy family in the big city, away from the country life. Her father, originally from the city, moved there many moons ago to live with the 'woman of his dreams' as he called her and had a beautiful daughter he loved dearly; a story Alice's mother would use in many different fairy-tale variants to play her father up as a valiant knight, which for the longest time caused Alice to believe it was her until her 10th birthday when she was taken with her father to go visit this fairyland that she heard of in her stories of old. He embraced an older girl with raven black hair and palest blue eyes, calling her- 'daughter'. Not only did she look nothing like her father, but he referred to the old woman they stayed with as "Mother-in-law". The realization to Alice that her father had left a whole other life behind in this village to be with her mother in the city hit very hard, hard enough that she left off into the forest that night under the light of an empty crescent moon. It was there she promised herself she would never abandon anyone, nor would she let her father do it again. To her, this land was the fairy-tale land her father came from, and that the stories were truth enough to understand that the real world is harsh enough to do such things. When Rosie's grandmother passed, Alice decided, with much opposition from her father, to return and stay in the village, to atone for what he had done. Signing away his money and rights to his estate to Rosie, (in secret) Alice moved in to the tiny little village..

Relationships
-Alice: Wants to get to know better and warm up to. They are mostly strangers in the same house.
-Most of the town: generic faces, she's bad with faces and names, so her usual naming convention is"Hey you", "What's your face" "Over there" and the classic "Whatever-your-name is"
-Everett: Although she sees him as a doctor, she actually deeply cares for his health and well-being. Even though he probably doesn't notice that she actually cares for him and maybe have a crush on him. She heard once about his parents by Rosie but wouldn't dare mention it to him.
Othery
-she sucks with names and faces, she asks her sister if it's anyone important half the time.
-She is actually very ill; her terrible cough has intensified since she moved to the village.
