The land of Ferr was once in a time of peril. The demon lord, Tyraleth, was released by crazed cult members. The fire king raised his sword and slayed Tyraleth with the aid of Dragons. Tyraleth in his uprising slayed an ungodly amount of the magnificent beasts. By the time of Tyraleths downfall, the Dragon population was at an all time low, and soon they would be sparse.
Hundreds of years passed, hundreds of wars were fought, and millions lives lost. The dragons disappeared and their tales of wonder were lost.
Now Tyraleth's followers have rebuilt their ancient gateway. They are months... Even days from fully activating it. It is up to you to figure out where the last of the dragons are, if there are any, and to find out where the resting place of the fire kings sword.
