I haven't really got any wishes, but I could throw some ideas of mine here. I'd not like this rp to be in the middle of the manga/anime. If we're going to rp in the naruto-world (konoha etc.), then the rp MUST happen after the 4th shinobi-war. If it's going to happen in the real world, maybe in Japan or U.S.A. or something like that, I think we could also include chakra and jutsu's etc. into it. If you want them to be just normal humans, then that's fine too, but that would close the possibility of adventure and action, and leave us with only romance.
I don't really mind if you prefer original characters over made-up characters, so we can play with the one you want to. Also the pairing (straight or not), is up to you. If you want it to be guyxguy, girlxgirl, just tell me. I'm not against it, though I'm not against the original, boyxgirl either.
We could make the plot together and share our ideas. Thank you already for participating!
