I'm just a guy that wants a fun One Piece roleplay but doesn't have the time to actually run one himself. Also I basically ignored this thread till now because seriously, 20+ pages of OOC with no IC in sight and no edits to the opener to, you know, showcase potential storyhooks, setting specifics and all that important jazz. If you say people here have worked on something good that you'd like to keep, why not pick out a new GM and run a One Piece roleplay with the stuff here? It sucks that the person who started this thread is missing but it's either that or waiting for him/her to come back and potentially lose all steam in the process. There's also Gravislayer's thing, he's all nervous about people not showing up for that.
