Wolf Pack Roleplay (Werewolf!) [Mid-High Casual]

I have of late, continuously been making the mistake of seeing "Wolf Pack RP" Pop up in the interest checks, and even manage to see it through to the OOC before I find out it's people actually wanting to play as a wolf, not as a werewolf, which continuously disappoints me.

Obviously I haven't thought about this idea too in-depthly, but It would be a werewolf Pack roleplay, living in modern day, in a large pack house/territory in the forest, with close access to a town to gain supplies.

I'm very much up for input with this, whether we decide to have some kind of rival pack, or some kind of underlying plot. But for now, I'd just like to know if there was anyone interested?

Please don't be put off by the shortness of this Interest Check, there are already ideas floating around in my head, and I've had many successful Roleplays in the past.

There of course will be something, I've been involved in too many RPs with no plot that fizzle out soon enough. I've only been in one successful Wolf Roleplay but that was very much based around a group of romance plots, which was great, but a bit more plot and action is better in my eyes.

I don't think we'll have enough players to do two packs, but maybe some kind of conflict between the new Alpha, and existing pack members, that kind of thing. I have a few ideas.

What if the pack Alpha had been killed and know the members of the pack are trying to become the new Alpha?, or have two established Alpha wannbe's trying to win over support of the pack werewolves to become the Alpha?

I will be interested if they are only low numbered people who are allowed to join. Like up to ten. The other wolf RPs had so many for Alphas, Betas, on and on. I would just get confused with so many characters.

I was thinking that, Templar, maybe a son, whom it would automatically go to, but who isn't capable, and maybe the ex-Alpha's daughter's Husband, whom is more than capable and is also enabled to become Alpha.

That could be the first contention we deal with.

I'm glad this is getting some interest!

Poison, there would be ranks, but I'd make sure there was a laid out list so you wouldn't get confused. I doubt I'll get hundreds of people interested, though.

I am interested, as well. I almost joined the other wolf RP currently forming, actually, until I realized they meant to play as simple wolves. Heh.

I thought werewolves just had Alpha, Beta, then pretty much the soldiers.

I just don't see the need to have hunters, Scouts, Healers, and all that. Anyways I am still kind of interested. So I might join.

I tend to just do one Alpha couple, and two Beta couples, then the rest are just pack Members, with special roles.

Posting character sheets usually helps to determine who is actually gonna join in, plus the likely drop-outs in the first couple weeks of RPing. Does seem like a lot of people though, hahah.
