Crime: 17 counts of murder (that can be linked to her directly)
254 counts of grand theft
2 acts of terrorism on homeland soil
30 counts of kidnapping

Personality: a smooth talker, willing to do what ever it takes to her what she needs
Bio: her birth name is long lost, only she knows it for sure..when she was 12 her powers over others started taking shape, she was able to use them to get people to buy her things, then her tastes grew bigger and bigger, snowballing from petty things like clothes and CDs to full bank accounts and homes.
using her power she even started her own crime family and took the name ophidian, her "family" grew into what it was before she was caught a fast growing terrorist cell

The prison has two floors of cells. The cells have pale green wall and are about 7 fewer by 6 feet. Each cell contains a slender bunk covered with a thin mattress, toilet, a sink, and one metal chair.

Age: 25
Appearance:
Ability: Melinda could manipulate water and create whatever comes into her mind. But she needs to be around water in order to use it.

Crime: Murder , Tresspassing , Stealing , Swimming with sharks in an aquarium.
Personality: Melinda has a bitchy attitude, but she will tone it down to those that respect her. She is a straightforward person that will say anything that comes out in her brain into her mouth. She is a brave girl and she would try anything first. Melinda is only respectful to those who respect her back. She hates screaming in her ear. Mel can be flirty at times if the guy is sexy and catched her attention.
Bio: Melinda was just a little girl when both her parents died. Want to know how they died? Melinda killed them. Well.... accidently. All she wanted was to have a normal life but her parents forced her to do their own things with her powers. They were using her! Melinda really got tired of them doing all the using and that is one thing that she hated. One day she was heated and all she wanted to do was to talk to her parents and tell them that they are doing her wrong as a daughter. But then the 'accident' happened, all she wanted was her parents to leave her alone but instead because of her anger, water appeared behind her and flew towards her parent's mouth going into their bodies, their lungs and drowned them from the inside. And then Melinda was took into prison.
