Think Korra's gonna be worried about Lin enabling Tenzin to be so vengeful, which will definitely bring some tension into play. Looking forward to their later interactions, especially if Korra decides what she heard isn't going to be told to anyone else, but she'll be tempted.

If Lin's job is put into jeopardy or gets blackmailed, she'd not only blame Korra but also Tenzin and might cut ties outright...dunno if I like Korra eavesdropping but guess the consequences will come as things progress.

Can't see anyone blackmailing her, Korra if she got extremely worried about what Tenzin's going to become as things progress or maybe Tenzin if she has second thoughts about it. All depends on how these characters grow. All part of the process.

*shrugs* Okay. Well anyway, I'll get something up tomorrow or the following day, I have a group RP I need to finish a post for and maybe another 1x1 but it's pretty casual so...

Casual posts, to me, are always a question of "How much of a shit should I give, knowing they hardly give any?" but that's me. I can't do casual stuff, I end up caring too much X.X

It doesn't make me feel like I'm caring too much, i can easily give 1-3 paragraphs for a casual roleplay but it just seems to drag on a lot and you never know if there's any spice or pizzazz. -shrugs- Oh well, it's a good challenge I guess.

Well you're going to need to explain why that's such a mood killer, because I don't see how that really ruins anything we laid out. Korra doing something she isn't supposed to is kind of a given, she hasn't 'grown up' like in later seasons. I can't do much about your muse if that's what's killing it.

I guess I couldn't explain it when I was on my phone a day or two ago. Let me try again...Lin is sticking her neck out for Tenzin by bringing him in and doing some digging off the records. Korra pretty much knows this now and yet she really shouldn't. Which is going to tick Lin off and make her reconsider helping Tenzin if Korra knows and uses it to sort of pull the rug from under her or Tenzin. That's what I meant. I mean if you were in Lin's position, having a kid overhear something that important and sensitive wouldn't give much reassurance to the situation that still has yet to unfold.

Edit - I also found it unlikely that tenzin and lin couldn't have detected Korra sooner than when tenzin did. -shrugs-

I can't change how I feel about it because I personally don't see merit in Korra knowing what they're up to. Bolin, Mako and Asami already want to get involved, and I assumed they would have invited Korra to approach Lin about it the following day, so her over hearing the plan is in your hands, I'll leave it up to you since you have an idea in mind. I dunno, I don't really care anymore, I just wanna forewarn you that Lin is going to be pretty perturbed just when Korra was starting to get on her good side. That's all. -shrugs and waves hands-

Tenzin is tired and distraught, that's why he didn't pick up on her sooner. He hasn't been at 100%.

And Lin being upset is fine, gives us a small subplot between the two, nothing's gonna be perfect. I'll look forward to your next post then.

I was going to have Mako suggest Korra talk to Bolin but this just seems like the worst of times. We'll see what unfolds for them in a couple more posts, because the pain can't be ignored.
