Helena's storyline was outlined pretty far in advance from what I hear so I think she's okay or has already run her course. I do like Art though, I could have sworn he and Beth had something before Sarah came along. Which would make sense she Beth didn't want to be around sneaky Paul anyway. Shit OB is wonderful and a web of shit. The only character I have NO interest is in Angie. She is awful and I hate her. But Cosima and Sarah and maybe even Jennifer...you should really marathon it again sometimes. OB is always up my alley. XD

Arya and Joffrey DO have the physical looks but I wouldn't base pairs off of that. I mean sometimes a contrast would be nice. I mean GoT is very political and complex which is why it can be fun but very stressful. Cersei and Petry still seem like a good match to me. Both snarky and sassy and sneaky.

Fuck, why can't LoK be as nice as OB? *sighs*

Well I mean pairs for me have to look good and feel good. I enjoy angst and a trial to overcome, LoK speaks for itself. With KakaSaku it's Kakashi's neglect and the difference in age may also be a thing, but secret romance is pretty sexy if done well. Arya and Joffrey have a LOT to overcome to work, but I do think if given time they could really mesh together. I think Cersei is out of Petyr's league as far as romancing is concerned, one wrong move could render him without his own 'coins' if you catch my drift.

Because LoK has no Felix to start, and Felix is fabulous. The closest thing to Cosima we'd get is Jinora.

Conflict is one thing but it shouldn't be the entirety of the relationship. I mean if some people need to work on so much crap, maybe it won't work. I mean I have exceptions like Joffrey x Arya and of course that needs tweaking to the universe with Ned hopefully not being axed...Still, if pairs are surrounded by stress, sometimes the means don't justify the ends.

Hmmm at least you didn't compare Varrick to Felix. And I don't see Cosima and Jinora on the same page, or in the same book. Cosima is just so awesome...and Jinora idk she has promise but not as much cute smarts as our resident science geek.

I see. Hopefully you'll find the inspiration you desperately need, I can't do much except hope to stimulate the relationship between Lin and Tenzin, especially by buttering her up with compliments.

I know, but my appeal to the relationship is the conflict they will face. I know there will be periods where more than that are to be necessary to form anything close to strong romantic affection, which means tweaking of the universe is in order. Ned being alive would be a godsend for them to work out in the end, and helps supply your love of Ned x Cat. I'd go on but I don't want you to be distracted. I relish more the thought of Arya and Joffrey having subtle moments with a scornful and concerned Cersei watching from afar but that doesn't mean I won't appreciate the genuine time they'd spend together once Joffrey dims the ego a little. I'm on your side here.

Jinora is like 9 or something, she'll have time to be the awesome book worm she is destined to be xP

Nooo I've just been hashing a lot of emotional stuff with mmidnight and voicing concerns and now that she's off to bed, I can get back on track for us anyway...and I did say I have OB on the telly...the post isn't really hard, it's just the roles are changing dynamic so it's hard to find a balance. I think Tenzin was excitable for a while but with the weight of being one of the last air benders it forced him to mature sooner. Bumi was enough excitement for his family X.X

He's pretty lame yeah, I don't think he'd be over for more than the occasional holiday dinners >.>'' Kya wasn't bad in comparison. Being the last airbender can't have been easy on him, me thinks Lin and Tenzin are going to reflect on that at some point.

That would be sweet, well bittersweet. But it may be something Lin can emphasize with as opposed to Pema who never seemed too gunho with bending, despite knowing who she was getting involved with.

Hey, she loved her children no matter what, and besides it was probably Meelo who turned her off to ANOTHER bending child. Jinora was probably the one to put her mind at ease and use it with grace! Of course we'll worry about the past later, what matters now is making the two warmer to one another, warmer than they already are.
