Lin should pass the scotch to Tenzin at least once after Pema passes. Compared to Team Avatar, these two have the worst opener imaginable for their relationship returning to what it once was. And that poor rookie should be Bolin xD Mako can come with him if he's scared.

Mako would NOT be that stupid to wake up Lin but something tells me Bolin would march right in, yell and then poke her when she didn't hear him. Then she'd metal bend out of instinct and almost take his head off for disturbing her. >___> Poor Bolin.

Lin and Tenzin have gotta share a drink though. I think she'd bring out the high quality kind too.

Don't you need to be in bed? I don't wanna keep you up. ^^;

Bolin's poking a sleeping bear, he knew the risks! Mako wouldn't even WANT to help him do it. Lin's easily agitated enough during duty, he doesn't want to see anyone wake her up except Tenzin xD

Or even better, Bolin makes up a bunch of shit, like he had to fight off ten bad guys at once with nothing but his fists. Mako's just dying next to him and trying not to blow his cover story.

Bolin would probably make up a wild tale and Mako and Asami wouldn't buy it but would over go along with it anyway. Mako wouldn't sell out his bro haha. Hopefully not. Bolin just wants to be a badass hero. Instead Lin passes by and apologizes, blowing his cover.

Mostly curse school, timezones are lame but don't cost you time or money. :/

Soooo I posted. Finally. I know. ^^;

I hope it's okay, hopefully some of the liberties/assumptions I made were okay with you, if not I can go back and edit some stuff. I'm probably not going to get much else done today but I do have an intro I have to give someone and you still need some posts from me but since i got my check for my books finally, I may go back to school tomorrow to go buy them because I have a lot of reading to catch up on. >__>

I'll probably be rereading it at least one more time due to the size. Very nice from what I did manage to get through. There was one thing though: Lin saw people getting burned alive and was really able to sleep so easily afterward? That stuff's pretty insane.

If you wanna be off the hook for this, that's fine. We don't need to continue if it's too much for you. At this point, I only want us to be invested in things that are fun, not a chore or something intimidating. So if you'd rather drop it, I'd understand and finally leave it be.

No I was just discouraged because I lost my Tenzin post that one day. In an effort to pump out some content more frequently, which is better than no content at all, I'm going to take this as slow as I need to. Sometimes I'll reply with one character, sometimes I'll do more than one if I'm up for it. I want to see if my muse still connects with LoK. If it doesn't, I'll let you know.

Tenzin and angst will continue to go hand-in-hand. I don't know what type of drunk Tenzin will be--maybe the hyper-emotional, and hyper-honest type? I just want more from Tenzin and Lin since they're the painful one. Reminiscing can be as intimate as it is painful, and people grieve in different ways. Pema did say she didn't want him to be alone, so with Lin he is definitely not alone. Maybe they can put the tension about Pema to a complete rest that night. Can't change the past, gotta focus on the present.

That works for me. We don't need to always focus on all of the characters. I haven't read it fully yet since I'm working on an essay and studying for a test this weekend, while trying to edit my KakaSaku post. I can't really say what my post will be like but I do think it'll be good to get Tenzin in a bit of a better place, bit by bit. It's not going to be easy but it does need the most work.
