I think you're right, I'll hold off with Arion for now. We'll see to what extent it is needed. The blackships came from somewhere, though, so I imagine I'll have to make a third theatre at some point. We'll see if the RP gets that far.

You could possibly expand west a little, I feel that region 22 is a little small. Either that or give region 22 a slight advantage like 3 exports.

Edit: should probably ask RPGgamer first to see if the region is too small for him.

The idea of having a small island nation is that it's easier to defend against invasion (invaders have to launch an amphibious assault), and your population will be easier to manage as its all consigned to one place. And some people like to be small.
