I can understand that. But hey, we can work around this. I actually love your character. I can get Charles or Erik to go after her or something, just don't leave </3

lol Okay!

Whoever can find her at Grand Central, probably having a sandwich. (She'd want to 're-fuel' after that display.)

It's too early to tell, but perhaps she could end up laying the groundwork for the Brotherhood? Or at least go over to Erik's side if he decides to split from the X-men? I think it might be better in that regard for Erik to follow her rather than Charles. But that's just my two cents.

Also, like Wolverine has been seeing parallels between him and Atticus, perhaps something about Estella could remind Erik of himself at a younger age. The more I think about it, the more parallels I find.

But that's just my two cents. Also, like Wolverine has been seeing parallels between him and Atticus, perhaps something about Estella could remind Erik of himself at a younger age. The more I think about it, the more parallels I find.

In her original framework, Estella represented a third option to Charles' and Erik's sides: a place where mutant and human could co-habitat (unlike Erik's vision), but where spilling the blood of a person (mutant or human) for any anti-mutant/anti-human agenda was answered swiftly with blood. (Unlike Charles' vision.)

This is why, in this re-imagining of Estella, she lead a group of any society outcasts that wanted/needed help (mutant, Japanese American, or just a minority tired of the prejudice and violent oppression of Mickey Cohen's organized crime in Los Angeles.) As a nod to this, whoever does talk to her will find her reading about all this talk of a 'Eretz-Israel', and contemplating the concept applied to mutants. A mutant homeland, one where (like Eretz-Israel) would accept those not mutants (or Jewish, in Eretz-Israel's case), but would primarily be a refuge for mutants, or a refuge for Jews in Eretz-Israel's case.

She's an outcast outlaw, by her very nature. A nature she'd admit she never picked, never wanted. Just the one that God decided to inflict on her. But she's a protective, vengeful, outcast outlaw. Hence her violent reaction when she thought a mutant was in trouble. (Estella has no idea what a 'bamf' is, all she knew was someone looked in trouble.) Being true to her nature, she'd dream of a 'thug mansion' for mutants and humans just wanting to live free from persecution. ("This 'Genosha' looks a promising candidate land.")

I explain all of that to highlight the truth of this: it wouldn't matter who went to talk to Estella. At the end of the day, she's a mutant walking her own path, a path with bits of both Charles and Erik's visions but at the end of the day, one independent of either. This is why, along with her high self esteem personality trait, Estella didn't blink to walk out on that bar and never look back.

TL;DR, no kidding, I was just playing Estella true to her character when she walked out. Total IC/OOC separation. And yeah, I put scary amounts of thought into my characters. ^_^

Wolverine. While it wasn't at him, Henry wouldn't exactly be thrilled at the idea that he could be treated the same way as Estella. He fought in the worst war in human history, he's not 'going back to school.'

WW1 was worse for soldiers than WW2 was, though.

Not really the point, although, if you look at the war in Africa and Asia, I'd rather have been on the WW1 western front than those two theatres in WW2.

This is the issue, for the two 'runaways'

[08:42:24] Estella's not a scared kid.
[08:42:27] Neither is he.
[08:42:39] You're not going to talk to her that way, I imagine the same holds true for him.
War survivors, in general, don't want to be talked down to by anyone.

Again, as Ruby said, this is entirely an IC reaction, no reflection on OOCly hating on anyone :P

Oh, haha. That's fair enough.
And I am well aware that it's not OOCly, lol.
It's their choice if they wanna join the gang, or not. But it's up to you guys to work it out if they don't.

Wolvie got pissed at Estella because Erik asked her to not drink and she pretty much ignored him, so Wolvie told her to get out...and she did. Henry followed her, so those two are no longer in the bar room.

Now Wolvie took everyone else down into the bunker, wanting them to show him what they got.
