Honestly? I was going to improvise that, that's generally how I do RPs (Both forum and tabletop), think of things on the go rather than have a set concrete plan/layout.
I personally find doing such planning event tends to start railroading the plot and leave less avenues to be explored, but that's more of a personal preference thing I've always done.
If this is an RP that wants more pre-planning involved I'm fine with that.
I'm not exactly saying it's a pre-planning RP. By all means, you don't need to think that far ahead if you don't want to. I'm just saying that there needs to be a reason behind a character's actions that makes sense.
Like, Gwazi's chosen to stop at this village on his way to another destination. That's a deliberate action that's already been made. There needs to be a reason for that action, or else it doesn't make sense. So, it wouldn't make sense to not know where Gwazi's going - unless even he doesn't know. If that's the case, then it makes sense. What doesn't make sense is saying that Gwazi is headed somewhere specific, when even you don't know where that is.
Does that make sense?
The fire alarm went off in my dorm at 3AM this morning. I haven't exactly been with-it today.
