Nickname: Kerry
Age: 16
Birthday: April 15
Gender: Male
Class: EAT
Weapon Form: Pile Bunker
Special Abilities: Autonomous Weapon Capability, Anti-Demon Wavelength
Personality: Don't be led astray by his unassuming appearance or his outwardly calm demeanor, Kiri is not a very pleasant person. He's harsh and unrefined, and loves to tease others. He can be very whimsical sometimes, doing whatever he wants when he desires, even (or especially) when it is inconvenient to others. Kiri's also a rather vicious individual, even if it never really shows on his face. The type of person whose eyes show a love for battle, and who could compliment a girl on her looks as she's bleeding out from a stab wound that he gave her. But even then but he has standards and a kind of sense of responsibility. He loves fighting enemies who are worth battling, but can't be bothered with those who won't effectively fight back. It is possible for him to mean well, and be devoted and protective, but his warped personality makes him sound more sarcastic than he usually is and can often leads him to extreme measures.
Backstory: Kiri is a young Japanese teen who was raised in a mountain town by an older Weapon/Meister pair who had taken him in after his birth parents, former residents of the same village, left him behind, and likely for good reason - as a nice stopping point on your way to a major city, the mountain town made a
very nice hunting ground for evil humans on their way to, say, Tokyo or Okinawa. Upon discovery of his Weapon status, the pair trained Kiri in hopes of having him take over in protecting the area once they eventually pass on, whether in combat or by natural means. And eventually they did, with his 'father' giving Kiri a few words of wisdom that he'd later take completely the wrong way. Eventually he ended up kicking it after trying to defeat a Witch that destroyed his town.
Two years later, Kiri Misaya woke up from his coma in a hospital half-way around the world. His memories were more or less intact, but he realized that he couldn't truly connect his past memories to his 'current' identity. After some time spent sitting in a hospital bed trying to reconcile himself with his memories, his doctor came in right around dusk and told him it was a car accident. Kiri told him that his doctor already came by, and that he was told that Kiri was brought in by someone matching his appearance. A short confrontation ending in a pacification barrier, a friendly Witch's introduction, and some sorted out misunderstandings later, Kiri set off to roam the world with his new "friend" and his weird "trading cards".
