"You sound like you don't want me to take the cure." Griffin said watching her curiously. "Why?"

"Yeah, I draw in sea mist. Seeing as I can't really swim around, I use my house as my own personal ocean." She looked around with him, feeling nice and slightly refreshed. It was always a good place for her. "You can stay here for a while, until they move you....but you don't have to." She said, it was awkward yet at the same time seductive. Lust brightened her but she ignored it.

"I am fine with you taking it," she said softly, "I am not fine with the fact that the cure doesn't make me a normal human again..." she then started to eat, "I am happy you said you wanted the cure, I have had several others who I have touched beg even with a clear head to stay by me..." she commented, "I am proud of you."

Griffin nodded before taking a deep drink of the cure. "It was not easy." Griffin admitted. "But I do not want our relationship to be based on something artificial. I have already been under another's power. I don't want to go through that again."

"Who tried something like this on you?" she asked, "Was it the Siren?" she asked softly.

Griffin shook his head. "It wasn't a supernatural being. Atleast if it had bern i could say that anyone would hsvr have bern in the same position. But no it was an ordinary human. His drugs were nearly as addictive as yours." Griffin explained with a shutter.

"Well I doubt that addiction is still in your system now" she said, "And I don't use mine for control, mine enhance pleasure, addiction and my being able to control others is a By product of them... I was basically made this way for the enjoyment of the guards and victors of fights in the last prison i was at... they worked out two well because I got one person to blow the whistle on the place... got sent here."

Not terribly long after his encounter with Abigail, Jonas had found his way to the location of the arena, and was standing outside gazing up at it. He'd picked up on the various chatter about it, and as far as he was concerned this was his ticket to rule this place...

"I have never ran in my life. I am not going to start now." Griffin assured her as he went to get dressed for the day. He supposed he would have to find a job today.

"I can help if you want to get a job, or we could go look around instead," she said softly. "if you are living with me then having to work shouldn't be a problem" she then got 'dressed' herself into her outfit, "Stay out of trouble, I will find you when I get something good for a job for you..."

Griffin thought about it. He didn't have many skills that were usefully. So figuring out the sort of job that he could do could be a challenge. "I am good at fixing things."

"That is a good job to have then" she said, "You should do it," she then opened the door, and walked out to look around.

With his new home locked and blessed Rothe took a stroll over the island. up the hills and trough the forest he gazed over the fields and stared trough the forest. In the distance he heard what he had been looking for uphill, the splash and gurgle of water. A short distance further he found a fresh rainwater creek coming down from the mountain. He stared at it for a while, calculating and planning. He took a sturdy stick from a tree and started to draw lines from the creek to the fields. He drew a large cross on a few small hills and a few long lines back on his way to the village. Completely absorbed in his plans and markings he walked trough the fields in a pattern that wouldn't make much sense to the passer by. All the while smiling and humming an enchanting tune.
