[IC] The Doctor needs help (Soul Hunter)

The Doctor nodded as he was listening. He found it all rather interesting. "Ah I see." he nodded a bit. "It is good to have a teacher I Guess,." He replied "oh your next in line to him?" He seemed even more interested.
"Oh," He hoped that wasn't too soon as he knew that she had already lost so many friends recently.
"I wonder why he wants to meet me then."
He wondered if something was up that Death needed help with.

"Knowing him he's most likely just curious" she said to him and yawned a little "and don't worry you won't lose me" she said to him "I'm not that easy to lose for a start" she said as she sat down and finished drying her hair once more. "and yeah I am next in line but he's got a good few hundred years in him yet before he'll retire, stubborn as well so most likely even longer that originally thought" she muttered. "and as usual I've been hired to sing there too, he's like some cheeky old man sometimes" she groaned.

The Doctor was looking at her. "Ah I see," he was still interested to meet her friend. He thought it would be rather interesting. He seemed to be quite relaxed.
"Ah right." He goes and gets a bannana from the kitchen and eats it. He seemed to be thinking for awhile before he goes and makes some tea. He was in a good mood compared to yesterday.

Seclusion smiled a little glad eh was in a good mode and relaxed where she was for the time being. "But should be a nice evening, he never fails to entertain his guests" she said smiling a little at the thought. "and it's nice to see you in a good mood" she said to him before Deadly nodded and smiled "Indeed, anyway I need to check a few other things around this place and see what else I can find in this infinite ship" she said and padded off. Seclusion nodded "Tell me is this ship really infinite?" she asked curiously.

The Doctor was looking at her "OH we'll cant wait, will be nice to go to some party.' He replied. He was thinking for awhile. He was looking at her "Yeah she is, upset her and she makes it even harder to get around."
He replied. He chuckled a bit,
"She can make new rooms if I ever need to."

"Hmm that's pretty handy actually, although I think I've explored most of them anyway this place is like a maze" she said to him remembering when she'd gotten a little lost trying to find her way back to the library "I can imagine how that would seem effective in telling you she's upset" she said to him and thought for a moment to herself.

Few Days later…

Seclusion had left a note of the co-ordinates as well as the time for the Doctor on one of the railings having found few pieces of paper she could write on before she'd headed to her room in order to get ready. Deadly meanwhile obtained a temporary form in order to help her out.

The Doctor was getting ready as well. He found a suit. He was grinning a bit. "Mmm," He though tries the suit on and sighs realizing he has lost weight. He seems to be complaining in Galafreyian and looked around for a way to fix it.
He feels embarassed as well.
He knows there isn't much else he could wear.

Seclusion who was finishing getting ready shifted her wings on her back as normal when she was uneasy about something and pulled on the shoes she'd found in the old chest before she came out and found her way back to the control room with Deadly who had taken on her temporary human like form and walked down finding the Doctor "Everything ok?" she asked Seclusion was sorting herself out not particularly fond of dressing up either didn't help. "Oh right you won't recognise me, I'm Deadly but I can take this form every now and then if I need to" she explained and looked to him in the suit "Hmm, I see you've not been well recently so you've lost some weight correct?"

The Doctor looked at Deadly. He was holding his pants so they didn't slip, "Yeah my pants are falling down. I didn't really think I had lost that much weight." He sighed.
He looked a bit fustrated "And don't have anything smaller."
The time lord was still blushing from embarrasment.

"She wasn't kidding, stay still I can adjust them quickly we still have a bit of time" she said and went to find a needle and thread and made him stay still "Next time maybe organise it so you have a suit slightly larger and slightly smaller than the normal, you're as bad as him I swear" she sighed and took a little while to adjust the suit for him. Seclusion shook her head a little waiting "This is why you try things on in advanced Doctor" she said staying where she was. "Hmm, that should to the trick, it's not the neatest but it'll keep for the party, next time try things on in advanced" she said to him "People loose weight whenever they are ill and you've had quite the illness and injuries for that matter."

The Doctor was looking at her "I thought it would fit." He shrugged. He stood still and let her adjust it. He knew had Donna already thought he was too thin. He knew she would tease him even more now.
He shrugged a bit.
"Thanks anyways." he seemed to be relieved when it was adjusted.
He then tied up his tie and grinned a bit "How do I look?"

Deadly smiled "Handsome, it suits you well" she said "and don't be surprised when you go upstairs, she might dress rather scruffy but as many say she cleans up nicely" smiled Deadly, most did get a bit of a shock the first time around. Seclusion was dressed in the long blue dress and the wings had small crystal tears resting in her feathers which looped back around to the dress, she also wore matching heels although didn't give her much height. Surprisingly it suits her well and she'd put her hair up neatly with a pin as well. "Wow you do dress up well" she said to him. Deadly smiled at them both almost like a proud mother "My you two turn out well when you try" she turned back into a wolf and shook her fur out "and I much prefer this form"

"Thanks." He smiled looking at them. At least it seemed to be able to get his suit to stay in place now. He was looking at Seclusion "Yeah had a bit of trouble, I have lost too much weight and my pants were too big." he looked a bit embrassed. "Deadly luckily helped me."
He smiled looking at Seclusion.
"You look amazing."
He hoped that they would have a good time.

"She's had to several last minute adjustments of suits in my family, the boys were never very organised and kept forgetting to check their suits before big events, father was the worst at it" she sighed and shook her head before smiling a little "Thanks" she said to him and then went over correcting his tie "At least so it up properly" she said trying to avoid her habit of ruffling her wings every now and then.
When they did get there Seclusion walked out with him and hoped he hadn't ended up in the middle of the main hall. "Ah, Seclusion and you must be the Doctor nice to meet you" grinned a seemingly young blond haired man in a suit "Hello Death" she said "Thanks for inviting us" she said and looked to him "No looking Seclusion, it's rude remember" she frowned "I can't turn my ability on and off like you can" "Ah, that's right I'm Death or rather Death the second" he grinned "I do hope you enjoy this party I turn 1000 today"

"Ah I see," The Doctor was looking at her. He was glad at least somebody was able to adjust his suit. "Don't know what I would have done if didnt have somebody to adjust it."
He looked embrassed. "Guess should have checked after how sick I was. But I didn't think I lost that much weight." He was walking by her. He smiled and greeted Death. "Nice to meet you." He seemed quite excited to be meeting him.
"Oh it looks like it will be a brilliant party." He replied.

"I hope so I've managed to get quite a set of entertainment, the guests are still arriving at the moment but there are refreshments in the main hall, Seclusion you know where that is so can you show him the way there before the entertainment starts once everyone is here, oh you're first up as well so it's a good thing you did get here first the usual song if you please" "Fine, but only one song this time" she frowned a little but then simply showed the Doctor where the main hall was, inside there were plenty of different races there, it was rare to see some of the races even together and not fighting. "This… realm you could say is neutral ground and although he acts like a goof Death can be quite frightening and what is it with you boys and looking young even when you're 1000?" she asked him with a frown mostly joking around with him.

"Ah I see," The Doctor smiled and looked at him "Well nice meeting you." He was glad to be able to enjoy a party. He grinned "Hopefully I dont attract trouble. Ruining everybody else's fun won't be good."
His eyes were scanning around.
The time lord was looking at her "Ah because who would want to be 1000 and look it.?" he grinned "Though I am still 903" he chuckled a bit. He grinned more.
He looked at her "Oh I see."

"It won't be the first time at Death's party, why does everyone I know attract trouble?" she muttered and stretched her wings out a little. "I know but you both look like you're only 21" Death appeared behind them "You're one to talk Seclusion you still look 19 when you're 456 years" "One I'm 455 and two you're a a lot old and only look two years older" she said bluntly "Ah you never change, and I'm surprised I thought you were older Doctor?" "No that was his future self his twelfth or thirteenth regeneration" she said bluntly "I see how odd, anyway that's beside the point Seclusion you owe me a song I believe up on stage" he grinned cheekily "You mad old man, why must you ask this of me every time" she said but still got up on stage and waited a moment as she iced out the song in her head before she began to sing the sweet enchanting melody. "I wanted to talk to you Doctor, be careful here it might be neutral grounds but that does not stop hatred from appearing in them" he said sipping a drink.

"Because your obviously drawn to those kind of people and it just adds to the excitement." He replied. He was in a very good mood. He looked around . "Ah hey if hes old what does that make me." He pouted a little. "Plus regenration is kind of random , so I could look older in future ." he chuckled. "Well maybe not as old as I am, but maybe old by human standards. Though when I was younger I looked old." he chuckled. "Well that was my first few regenrations."
He grinned a bit. "Ah 903 yrs, I feel old sometimes, but not always."
The Doctor looked at Death "Ah thank you for that, I will be careful ." he knew he would stay alert. "I'm glad to be invited none the less."

"Especially because the pair of you attract a lot of trouble" he said "and one more thing my eyes can delve deeper than hers but I'm not rude" he grinned a little "Now then why not listen it's quite the song" she smiled and watched as several of the others got enchanted by her voice with ease and Death whispered "Also one more reason why she always bring a companion is because of the after math of her songs not that I think you'll mind" smiled Death having clearly picked up something in the Doctor. Seclusion finished her song and frowned slightly as the usual aftermath appeared "Too much again" she muttered and walked over to where the pair were "Doctor look here a minute" she said quietly before she pulled him down for a kiss in front of the others who instantly seemed to regain their senses "I'm taken sorry boys" she smiled sweetly and Death chuckled "You could always have kissed me you know?" "But you're not as fun" she spoke bluntly. "Sorry I can't control my voice at times so it leads to problem like that frequently and so far that's the only way Ive found that works"
