[IC] The Doctor needs help (Soul Hunter)

The Doctor was grinning, He had known that his plan was going to work. He was looking at Seclusion. "Well that worked. Guess we should check what needs to be done next," He told her.
Jack woke up and was shivering. "Death?" He blinked and looked around. He seemed shaky.

"Yeah" she said but something still seemed a little off. Death looked to him and groaned "Yeah what is it?" he asked looking to Jack noticing he was shaky. "You should be resting still you'll be fine in a couple of days" he said and moved closer to hug him.

"Calla what is wrong?" He asked her. He was not sure what was happening . The time lord was rather worried about her. Jack was looking pale. He cuddled up to him.
"Just don't feel good." he muttered. Jack sighed.

"Something doesn't feel right" she said "I don't know what though" she said to him and sighed trying to think about what to do now about the problem she knew had occured. Death stayed close to Jack and sighed. "Sleep, we need to get you better" he sighed.

Jack was looking at Death, he felt so miserable. He nodded. "Sorry I'm keeping you off work." He didn't think he could convince the other to go back to work when he wasn't well.
The Doctor was looking at her. "oh? well just keep alert then." He told her.

Seclusion looked to him a moment and nodded "I know" she said softly before she moved and headed to bed for the time being although struggled to sleep moving her wings over her shivering as she tried to get to sleep.

The Doctor lay by her , he put his arms around her. He was trying to keep her warm. He was hoping that all would work out. Jack was deeply asleep as well by now.

Seclusion looked to him as he joined her and smiled snuggling into him for warmth, she could hear his beating hearts as she rested. "Doctor do you think Jack will get better soon?" she asked him softly. "and don't forget you still owe me that surprise" she smiled at him.

The Doctor was looking at her. He kissed her more. "He will, Anyway it isn't like he can die. He will be fine Calla." He knew Jack would be feeling weak and miserable.
He cuddled her and closed his eyes. He grinned, "I havent forgotten."

A few days later…
After a long recovery Death was finally helping Jack out of bed to get him back on his feet. Seclusion seemed to be back to normal as well although seemed to have something on her mind instead. "Jack's recovering rather well now at least, how long have we been here for?" she asked having come back from flying around the area unable to stay in one place instinctively for such a long time she had to fly around a lot.

Jack was glad to be back on his feet. He was sure that he would have gotten bored if it had been much longer. He wasn't feeling like he would pass out anymore either.
He smiled and looked at Death. "sorry I kept you here so long."
The Doctor was looking at her. "Mmm few weeks maybe.. I think we can get going now Jack is better." He knew they still had to have a bit of fun and he had to reveal his surprise.

"It's fine I needed a good break anyway and making sure you were better is very important" he grinned at him. Seclusion nodded at what the Doctor said "It'll be nice to get travelling again, beginning to not like staying in one place for so long" she said to him and stretched before yawning.

The Doctor was looking at her. He chuckled. "Yeah I hate staying in one place as well." he was looking around where he was. He seemed to be rather happy to be off again.

Seclusion nodded "Well shall we get going then?" she smiled at hims and kissed him gently and softly "Another thing, it's almost Christmas as well apparently although I;m not entirely sure what that entails, we never celebrated it since it was a human event not so much one of my race"

The Doctor was looking at her. "Yes it is. Christmas is one of my favourite days, never not had to save earth that day though, always chaos." He was grinning a bit.
He seemed in a good mood.

"Well then something is bound to appear soon and Death taught me a nice little trick recently while he was here" she smirked and clicked her fingers a raven had suddenly found it's way to them and reached a hand up she let it perch there. "Who better than to find chaos or death that those who naturally seek it out" she smiled a little. The raven screeched and then jumped down it's head twitching towards the Doctor and then Seclusion before it spoke up in a scratchy voice but then Death came in. "Seclusion we have a big problem... Someone got into the stables... in my realm and well"
"What have I told you about making sure that realm is secure those horses are dangerous..." "Umm not just any horse. Despairs son got out, his not yet been broken" "You idiot" she sighed and got up "Well we've found the chaos this Christmas Doctor"

"Doctor don't get so excited, it's the son of Death's horse... although I think you'll be fine" she said and Death nodded "Exactly right, he'll have your scent all voer him after all if he sleeps int eh same bed so Despair II will recognise the scent althugh eh might eb a little perplexed"

"Still." the Doctor was grinning. "It is better than a normal boring day where nothing much happens. I like a bit of Chaos on Christmas." He had gotten so used to all the trouble.

"Well try not to get into more trouble than there already is" she smiled a little and headed outside sniffing the air a little she walked forward onto the crispy grounds beneath her feet. "Seriously though this creature should not be underestimated. Also if he uses his camouflage look for a pure white stallion who is running wild. he is still rather young as well for his race."
