The Master falls through a pocket in Time. His body weak, he regenerates, the explosion of it all tearing through the fabric of reality and sending the newly regenerated Master into the proper universe. After an attempt to capture a planet and failing due to the horrendous drums, he's taken to prison. Upon later evaluation he's truly a Maniacal Psychopath, the man is then taken to the universe's top security asylum. Would the Doctor Find him? What will happen when he does? For if the Doctor thought the Master was troubled back during his previous form? Well that is nothing compared to how he is now.
