SyrianHamster, I love your post. You know I was working on a post for the Brigade Commander, but life was keeping me occupied. I may have had time to finish it tonight. I will get some work done on it. Your post fits in nicely with what I was working on too. I love it! I had a company of M60s (14 MBTs) plus the Brigade Tactical Command Post (2 Tanks) counterattacking into your position from the south through the forest. The BC was attempting to coordinate an attack with the West Germans to the north, the 7th Panzer Brigade to counterattack from the north with a company of Leopard Is. But the timing will be off. Either the West Germans attack first or the Americans, but not both at the same time, like the Brigade commander had anticipated.

I threw together an Operational Graphic of the Molln region. It has elements of the BRD 7th Panzer Brigade to the North and the US 3rd Brigade, 2nd Armor to the south.

Posted. I added stuff to affect the fight at Molln, Medevacs coming to the BSA, damaged vehicles coming to the BSA and and update on the situation in and north of Lauenburg.

There is a north south line with the 7th West German Panzer Brigade in the north, the American 3rd Brigade, 2nd AD in the center and the Dutch 41st Armoured Brigade in the south.

I knew where they were before I wrote my previous post.
I'll do up a Operations Map with their locations.

On this map, you will note that I denoted the locations between the three maneuver battalions within the 3rd Brigade, 2nd Armor Division (US) in the center of the line. I noted the location of the 7th Panzer Grenadier Brigade (BRD) in the north and the Dutch 41st Armor Brigade of the 4th Infantry Division (M) in the south. Yes, the 41st Brigade is south of the Elbe and the US 2nd Brigade is north of the Elbe. The river itself is the border between our two brigades. I also placed my Company Team, right on this flank to force a possible collaboration of things get tense along this border. Although, using a large river as a border generally means, there may not be a lot of tension, unless the enemy attempt a river crossing.

I found a trailer for a movie coming out in the states this November. It follows an American tank crew in the 2nd Armor Division from France into Germany during WWII starring Brad Pitt. This is a must see for me.
