"Well, I'd think that with the advanced AI in the system and all, some quests might be one-time only. That's why I argue that it's imperative that if we're going to take on a quest, being first might as well be the way to go." Fujiwara said to Umichi before receiving a reply about his earlier PM. Smirking at Umichi's response, he quickly typed up a reply of his own as Umichi told them to prep in the next half an hour.
"As I said, just chill out. You'll have your alone time with her; I'll be off practicing to see if I can't find any more efficient attacks with my katana. Meet you then." he typed before sending it off as he got up and left the money for the meal on the table before leaving the restaurant. Glancing at his minimap, he quickly moved to the blacksmith and had him repair his katana, seeing as how it had dulled slightly over the course of cutting up dozens of monsters earlier that day. The repair had left him with maybe 7000 col, which wasn't bad considering that all the col he earned from killing those stupid plants basically paid for this. Thanking the smith, Fujiwara walked to the town's entrance and towards the field to try and practice some of the motions of the katana.
"Alright, let's see if I remember... A katana is a slashing weapon that is meant for fluid attacks, unlike most European swords that are based around stabbing like i see everyone doing. <<Tsujikaze>> seems really inefficient in that regard, so I think I'll try practicing some regular slashes..." he said to himself as he drew his katana and moved towards the nearby mobs to practice.
