Nope I like it, for the most part the Fae are yours to play with and hey who says the humans didn't lie or that the fae didn't cover that part of their black history. Or countless other things. It's great. :D

As for the kid. I think if a single person touches him Alessandro will wig out before anyone else gets a chance to. No one touches kids. Ever. Aside that I dunno, I like the idea of him being Rei's nephew as that means he's got a sister/brother somewhere too :P

I'm thinking. . . . .This sister died, when her son was about 3, meaning he's been alone(the father of the boy maybe from another village and either died or doesn't know he has a son) and didn't know he had an uncle, and while no one told him he's related to Rei, he's automatically felt the family bonding without realizing what it is which is why he kept trying to talk to his uncle but the rest of the fae kept the apart, not wanting the boy to associate with a killer. *Shifty eyes* *Now has more ideas about the boy's arrival in town*
