Yes it would. But as long as his strength and actual movement speed are only peak human (or even slightly above peak human), I'm fine with the character. He's actually nearly identical power-wise to one I've had rattling around in my head for a while. Great minds think alike I guess. ;)

Maybe :)

He's a pretty old character of mine, but I really don't really know what tier he's in. I put him in intermediate to be safe.

Yeah, if he's above comic book peak human physically, he'd be intermediate.

Coolio. I might post then :)

And I am assuming that everyone is pretty much visible from the big tree, because thats what I'm going with.

I just went back to read the non-power portions of the CS, and am now wondering how he see's things with his head completely encased in metal.

Also, due to the limitations of even a peak human musculature, he won't be able to actually throw a punch at mach speed, even if that would be extremely damaging for him (which is what I meant by my statement at the top of this page).

Ah, I see. Thanks for that tidbit.

EDIT: Right, well damn, I thought I'd taken out the Mach speed part. Thats been fixed.

...

I'm just thinking.

Can I use a Psionic person? Using their mind as their weapon, controlling minds, causing panic, telekinesis, etc.

Nay. No mind conrol.

Most arena rule sets say that mind is intangible.

Mind control: No

Telekinesis: Yes

Drall's current character already has TK, so we can't really say no to that, and it seems like most characters are resistant/immune to telepathy anyway, so there wouldn't be much point.

seems a little op with literally no way to miss and mindfray being a one hit not to mention the TK field kinda negates my characters most potent abilities like he is tailored specifically to kill him

No, it's not a one hit kill or no way to miss.

The chance to hit is based off of the victims will. If they've given up, they're very likely to be hit. If they're still head strong, they're prolly not getting affected.

Also, mindfray was killing in one hit because the enemies were at low health. -3-

Remember, I'm not going off of all the abilities, only some.

TK field gives more defense to EVERYONE in the radius, including enemies. I think.

I don't have a problem with mind control if it's effectively being incredibly persuasive. It's weakness would be that when it gets seen through (as in the decisions they are feeding you are figured out to just put them in a better position) then it loses all effect. That doesn't mean that you can't have it used on you again, but your character will then be questioning every move that they make to try and find out if it is actually their decision to do something.

As for mindfrays.. whats the actual logic behind them? Because if it's a headache that gets worse the weaker their target is, and effectively acts like a debuff, then I'm all for that. It'd need to take quite a bit of concentration to use though: you can't use it while doing something else at the same time.

So then effectively, that kind of character would find a place to hide, and make another character their "champion", feeding them thoughts that keep them away from them and on their side, while mindfraying everyone they fight to give them the best chances.

To balance that, they'd probably have to be mediocre at actual combat?
