Kinetic ability: Tychokinesis- ability to control probability, can change it by about 10% during normal situation, ability increases up to a 30% chnage under more and more stressful situations.
Personality: Patricia is the kind of person who just wants to have fun, no matter what that might entail. She is optimistic, enthusiastic, and cocky due to her ability to bend the odds in her favor.
Profession: Retired
Any spouse/roommates/children: Nope, but she's looking for a meaningful, long-lasting relationship.
Other interesting information: -Rich, gained her fortune through lottery tickets and gambling. -Loves children, pineapples, and dogs.

According to the super-powers wiki, it is the ability to control nuclear energy. It wastes personal energy, so it wouldn't be possible to throw fifty blasts at a time. Possibly around once a minute before it starts to dwindle the energy.

Apparently a sub-ability is nucleosynthesis, which, simplified, is creating new atomic nuclei from existing nucleons.

Another ability I can't see happening is electricity control and generation.
