The thing about the way you're playing Ramsay though is that he seems to be quite a charmer. However, I have no idea what he would be like if they actually did get together, so to speak.

No, I don't think it would go quite well for Sansa. Like if he was charming (which he is) then she'd probably get hooked right onto him. I don't know what'll happen to poor little Sansa. Also, wasn't Ramsay married to some girl pretending to be Arya in the books?
