Character Sheet and Discussion:

Welcome to Dead Man's Hand, and the area about the characters. This won't be long.

The people you will be playing are those who have ahd their chips malfunction for some reason, or another. They can believe what they want, but ultimately, they will be together for the most part during this RP. They can be ones who just want to survive, or those who want to save the affected, or those who want to experiment on them to see what happened. In essence, no one knows about the microchips for the most part - but a paranoid conspiracy theorist and some out of the blue 'microchips are in us' character isn't out of the question.

As far as military, it'll be on a case by case basis. but there will be no gung ho military personnel, with advanced military tactics and master marksmenship with all weapons. Survival training? Sure, a bit will do. Green Beret with a stint in the Seals? No, get out. I've already talked to one person about possibly military involvement, so we're going to see where that goes. There will definitely be a military presence, whether it is militia or professional, like any number of armies.

Please post all Charry Sheets in the associated CS Depo, coming soon.

Name:

Age:

Gender:

Appearance: (Written or pictures of real people)

Personality:

Skills: (What are you good at, don't get too overboard.)

Weakness: (Oh no, the dreaded weaknesses. These keep you honest. Don't give me anything only you can control, anything that can't be readily manipulated. Don't tell me your only weakness is some rare Ugandan plant, that only grows three days out of the year during their hottest season in the middle of the shadeless one mile diameter circle of the area, in a wartorn place that kills anyone who comes within five miles.) These can be things like a bum arm, poor stamina, poor senses or something. Get creative. I promise NOT to ultimately screw you over.

Equipment: (No, honey bunches of oats, you will not be wielding a massive amount of guns. One, maybe, limited bullets. Probably find more later.)

History:

Post Sample: Link to something, write something, you know... anything. Just so I can get a feel for you. It can be from anything, hopefully within the provided guidelines. It doesn't have to be related to this RP. If you don't have anything, that's fine. I'll stalk the balls out of your previous posts. I can do that.

Accepted Characters:

Vincent Dalwhinnie - Avery Calhoun
Card - Melonhead
Nelia Castilla - Punishment
Corey Thoran - Kangaroo
David Fischer - Scribbles

For Card: How strong is the taser? Can't have you going around shocking everyone back to life, like a one man medic. ;D

For Nelia: I'm worried about her weakness. None of them are particularly crippling, with the trust one being very common, and the pain pill one being offset by the fact you have a full pill bottle with you. Her strengths far outweight the weaknesses she has, as it stands now.

Alright, Nelia:

As it stands, the pain pill addiction AND high pain tolerance will probably only work if you have an injury from fighting that hasn't healed fully/correctly, causing the need for the pills. Also, the sweating isn't much of a fallout from addiction, so that may need to be amped as well.

*Fixed the pain-pill addiction to add almost all of the natural withdraw symptoms that tend to occur, not every one as people do react differently to withdraw than others, of course, wasn't thinking much about it at the time, sorry!

Well, I'm not 'Merican so I don't know exactly how strong your tasers are, but it could probably drop a fairly hefty man. If you want a limitation on it you can decide when it runs out of power.

(Without telling me, I love surprises.)

I'm still slightly on the fence, as some of her weaknesses don't seem to be much to worry about. Like not being smart(bookwise), and gambling, whereas - she can fight fairly well, and take a bit of punishment(Which even with the change, still seems odd considering she is ALSO addicted to pain pills), and can run fast, and do about mid-level parkour.

A physical weakness would be fine, as it stands, all hers seem to be mental for the most part, except the pain pill addiction, which can be mental until it is actually in effect.

Well, the pain pill thing is related to the fighter career. Typically fighters end up taking a fair amount of pin pills, opium/morphine and the likes and usually they succumb to the addiction stage, as for running fast, not in the professional athlete style of running, more in the controlled running mix, about a half way level, can control breathing in running for a fairly long period of time but not for as long as most could do it, obviously. If that makes sense, trying to not make her overly good, but good enough to defend herself in some way, with hand to hand, since there is not really fighters of any kind in the group at the moment, this still makes her susceptible to gun play and all the other general stuff seeing as she'd need to get close and she has no stealth capabilities.

*For physical weakness, I think hearing would be a good one to add in. Too many blows to the head in her career causing a hearing issue, making it easier to sneak up on her or not notice things as well as most could. Adding now.
