Hello!
For those of you who don’t know me, my name is AgniSpirit, or Agni for short. I was an active member back in the old website but coming to this website I’ve only been doing about three roleplays because I was in my last semester of college. But now that I’ve graduated and have no job anymore I am free to work on my writing skills with any willing participant!!
A few ground rules:
1. My main purpose of roleplaying is to hone my writing skills since I’m an aspiring novelist so I’m only accepting High-Casual to Low-Advanced partners. Even in a bad mood, I can write down at least two to three decent sized paragraphs in a post with little grammar mistakes (unless on my phone, which has that weird AutoCorrect nonsense). I would also like my partner to do the same. And if you’re a writer yourself who is willing to discuss the trade, YOU GET BROWNIE POINTS.
2. I will only do PMs with Mature/Adult content, anything with a lower content rating is automatically in a tread. Of course, I'm willing to adjust according to my partner but would fully prefer threads if not doing a Mature/Adult plot.
3. I can play MALE or FEMALE. And I promise, I can almost always differentiate between the two genders.
4. My usual genres are modern fantasy, romance/comedy, and romance/drama. But I’d really like to work in a steampunk, medieval fantasy or post-apocalyptic setting since I don’t have much experience in them. So if you’re an expert at them, kudos to you and please help.
5. Regarding fandoms, I enjoy doing Canon X OC pairings but would like to double-up when it comes to this. I can do Canon X Canon only for certain fandoms and will be indicated under that list. I also like to just use the established universe itself as the setting where we make our own OCs to interact in that world as well as Next Gen characters. These will also be specified.
6. I do my best to post on a daily basis but once more roleplays pile up, I will give a few my attention one day and another few the other. So expect my posts to be in two to four days. A week max. Afterwards, hit me a PM to see where I’m up. And I’ll always tell you in advanced if I’m not going to be able to post.
7. Regarding pairings, I mainly work with Het couples. I’m not great at yaoi and definitely haven’t worked with yuri. Only with certain fandoms will I work with yaoi pairings. It’s not that I don’t like them; I just don’t prefer to do them. You may nudge me, but if you push too hard I will have to ignore your request indefinitely.
8. I'm an adult and have a potty mouth, so be warned. I also don't mind gore. Sex scenes should just fade to black.
9. New Rule: I will need a writing sample before I can agree to anything role-play wise.
I don’t have any original plots at the moment, but again here is the list of settings I want to play in as well as the pairings I’d like to do for them (we can discuss a plot through PM or thread). NOTE: We don’t have to stick with these pairings if you have a legitimate plot I’m interested in.
