Like I said, I am. But I worry that too many people have now wandered off that it is effectively dead. I'd be pretty amazed if everybody came rushing back at once, but I don't expect it.
It's not all doom and gloom though! The RP has been a GM learning experience, and this leaves me with more time to work on something similar, but bigger and more impressive in the same vein.

I wouldn't worry too much about it if we don't hear from other players any time soon. Synth is here, yeah, but it would be a bit strange to try to run the whole RP without the rest of the cast. If you don't see anything by Sunday, conserve your time.

Would there be room for one more squad member/team player? I hadn't stumbled across this until today and it seems pretty neat with all the distant future sci-fi elements and dark themes! I understand you're all full, but if you need a reservist and new blood, I'm your man!

Technically, yes. But it seems like the RP has unfortunately come to the end of it's lifecycle. At least, as far as I can tell, anyway. 75% of the players went AWOL halfway through the first mission. Fun concept, but... it probably won;t survive the night. Poor thing :(

Well I have said many a time previous, i'm stlll down for the whole thing if other people are. The mission itself will probably have to end though. Too many loose ends. We can put it down to a simulation and then take on a 'real' mission.
Given the workload involved with this I might make maps a bit smaller just to make it a bit easier on me. But then i'd make the guards even nastier to compensate. Obviously it's speculative, but ya.

Also gives me a chance to try out some... stuff. A few minor changes in the way attacks and such are resolved. How would people feel about character progression (similar to that of an RPG) but entirely presented as narrative? No stat blocks and rolls. It's kind of a strange concept that i'd need to run over everybody but I think it could make the RP pretty interesting.

When the others are around again come morning i'll have a chance to explain my schemes fully, but it's just a way through which I can track and reward people for being awesome, as well as punish them for making mistakes in the field; it also allows me to a sense of persistence and use to certain bits of equipment that could be implemented, rather than just fluff. Considering it's a combat heavy RP, it's worth a try. The best part about it is that it's played exactly the same way. You guys will notice no change in how the combat takes place.
It's late and complicated. I'll make a better explanation of it tomorrow.

Well if people are still around, and we're going to be adding new characters and culling the inactives, and going with some new internal admin systems, I would ask existing players to do a little reformat of their character sheets into a new NS, and new players just to start off using this. It's nothing major, just a few changes to make equipment easier to analyse for me.

A big change is that stealth is no longer the only plausible tactic. All out firefights are now totally cool and could go either way. Group play with multiple approaches will yield the best results.

Race: (Can be one of the provided races (except Arakath) or something of your own design. If designing your own race, be creative. Anything based off of, or too reminiscent of standard sci-fi / fantasy archetypes will not be accepted. So nothing like a dwarf, or an elf... or anything that has been too overdone in sci-fi.)

Character sheet in the works and hoping the surprise'll add a new spin to sci-fi. Looking forward to a new experience and a fresh sci-fi roleplaying backdrop!

On a side note, I didn't get a chance to elaborate on character narratives and when I say this, what I mean is that during a story, characters won't necessarily follow our own personal ideals or intentions even if they can be offshoots of ourselves. That being said though, let the firefights begin 8)

Indeed we are. It's getting revived and a lot of inactive players have been cut. Make sure you're running on the updated CS deletion (the one in the OP has been updated with it) and i'm sure we'll be good to go.
