I'm just imagining Nigel, in flames of fury, came charging in and slaughtering Arlia's perverted father while she watches in awe of him, Nigel being the only man she knew who would stand up to her father. For extra kick, I might have him send Nigel a video of him raping his daughter as a warning to stay away and to give them impression that she was a total slut who sleeps with everyone. :)

For Eryn, her back story as an adopted child would make her a target of rumors and childhood bullying, despite her keen intellect and achievement. She would apologize a lot and tends to think that she's responsible for every single thing that goes wrong if she's, in any way, involved.

Yeah, I need to come up with a new form for him, in that case, just to show how pissed he's gonna be XD

Sean could relate to Eryn. Even though he wasn't adopted, he was still picked on, since his intelligence let him skip to high school by the time he was 13, only to graduate a year later. People don't take kindly to the fact that a kid can easily show them up XD

And then, just before a pissed-off, wild Nigel could kill him, Arlia managed to get to him and tried to calm him down. I can imagine her, bloody, battered, and bruised, hugging a flaming monster whose fire could possibly injure her as well. Then, after he finally calms down and is about to take her away, she was shot from behind trying to shield him from her father's last attack before he's now prime for the killing. XD

I will ramp up Eryn's admiration of Sean's intellect and easy-going personality since she always has a drive to learn and is often quite stressed from all the pressure heaped on her in uni, being a magna cum laude graduate and all. She also has stronger fascination with manga and anime. Might consider making her more receptive to adult animes that Sean watches... :P

Actually, I think Nigel would be the kind of guy to seriously injure him, but not kill him. After all, death would be too easy for Arlia's father. Nigel would want him to suffer XD

Should Eryn still go to school when Sean meets her? I mean, he could help her out when she feels like tearing her hair out from stress :P

Actually, I think that's a good idea. Arlia's father prided himself at his power, so having him humiliated in defeat and unable to escape through death is the perfect punishment. :D

Yep, that's what I wanted to ask you about, actually. XD

I figured that'd be a good punishment for someone like him. If you wanna punish someone, killing them would be a mercy while letting them suffer really sends a message XP

So, Eryn will still be a student and Sean's gonna be her support. I like that ^^

He's partially taken over by the creature inside of him. Since he rarely lets it out, and he's never fought anything like Alexis, the creature naturally wants to learn more about her :3

I like how our ideas are going so far. :D

I think Alexis, or perhaps that darkness that she represents, is similarly curious about this creature and has no interest in being hostile to it, due to shared affinity of darkness. XD

So do I. We're definitely putting more thought into this than the Raven and the Mirror XD

They're like long-lost...cousins, I guess XD

Oh, should we switch back over to Nigel and Arlia, soon? I'm eager to get to that part XD

Well, I guess now that we know each other more, we can put it more crazy stuffs and see which ones work well. XD

I actually like the contrast. Sean's beast side is emotional and uncontrollable while Alexis is cold and calculating. XD

Nigel and Arlia? Maybe we can skip ahead to when Nigel's preparing to assault Sean's penthouse, but somehow finds out that Arlia wouldn't be joining, which could raise some flags for him? :3
