He ran away before I could put it on him. I had to chase after him before he ended up hurting himself. In fact, had I not carried him, he would've picked a fight with a neighbor's Bull Terrier. XD

On the bright side, he's now napping with the other dog.

Whenever I pick up Stormy's leash, she starts jumping on me and whining. And, while we walk, she has to stop every twenty feet to sniff something XD

Also, Hayley was born outside the Capitol, but followed her mother to the Capitol because of her work and to avoid her father. After her death, she returned home and spent her neglected and abusive teenage years with him before she became a legal adult and made a run for it.

Heh, Mosez and Aldo would wear their body leashes, but both would stop every teen inch to sniff, pee, and chase anything that's not a dog. They're just being natural Beagles.
