ALSO, I'm pretty sure he would be affected by your attack, he is a long range class, meaning low agility...Honestly the only people ho would be fast enough would probably be the enemies XD and maybe Wandering Fool, he's supposed to be fast I think.

White Knight should be affected. Probably the Brawler too. Mastermind is made to focus on Intelligence for attack damage and Speed because it inlays with cast-times...Or at least, that's how I build my mage classes in MMOs. ;.;

As for putting a stop to Wandering, I figured you would do something- it seemed in character for your.... character. He is fast, but I think we can assume that such noise would at least put him on his knees. Stats or no, a single girl screaming would be painful, much less a few hundred.
