The Empire's got Jinchuuriki, I think the rebel's having some medics is more than fair given the scale of power, but choices are yours. Anyway it should check out chukkle, you should be fine unless Pierce needs a correction or two.

Ouro, I'm personally iffy on the amount of utility your KG has. Come back later, me and Pierce will discuss it and get back to you. Also, Konoha is a rebellious village, so if you openly side with the Empire do not expect to be welcome after the uprising. You may want to save yourself trouble by just being elsewhere because they won't really take prisoners, they'll likely kill you. Konoha and Kiri do not tolerate the Empire whatsoever.

I felt the need to have a ninja with copious amounts of summons and almost nothing else. She actually has more, But I couldn't think of them right now, so I'll just use those until later.

Be aware only Kage from the Five Great Nations are recognized, others are simply known as 'pretenders' by the majority. You can call yourself a Kage from a village not in canon if you'd like, but use it simply to be a 'leader', you may not be recognized as a real Kage outside of it. This is just a warning to anyone with those plans.

Alright. Keep in mind we still have some Jinchuuriki openings available, but we ask that everyone be responsible. Even Jinchuuriki can lose, and not all of the Bijuu will be happy to be pawns of an Empire. All Bijuu are different!

No, detailing. I said that she can summon Hornets, so I'm detailing who (whom?) those hornets are. The important ones (they have their own names and profiles) are the representatives of the different classes of Osuzumebachi, Apex Predators of the Hornet Summons and Remi's signature summons (the ones we will see most often). She does have summons other than that, but those are not meant for battle and only aid in tracking, foraging or assisting her in non-combat ways. (I.e. One species can track based of pheromones left behind by a certain human or animal. Another can use their pheromones for Remi to follow to an allied encampment should she be too injured to walk around and look for one.)

I am aware. I am simply stating something we ended up discovering in the anime, a 'filler' episode made it known that some villages tried to be recognized like the Five Great Nations capitals, but were not official, so therefore they will not be recognized on the same level. As long as you understand that to some characters you may not be a true 'Kage' or 'Ex-Kage' then there is no problem.
