I'm on East Coast also (NYC). Lenora's pretty much like... dis bitch, I see what yer doin' there buddy. She likes to test and prod as well, see how much she can push until someone reaches a limit. >D

New York is actually awful, but I only say that because I'm jaded hahaha, most people who come here never really want to leave.

Haha, why is it awful? Too many people? I haven't been to New York yet, but I really want to go some time and see the Metropolitan Museum and Time Square and all the other touristy spots.

Haha, those Victorian swear words are hilarious! I like Cherry, because it also sounds kind of cute x) I see you used it already. I'm gonna try to casually throw in some of that Victorian slang and see if you notice x) Btw if you're interested in Victorian stuff and girl on girl romance, you should check out the book Fingersmith by Sarah Waters, it's really good and was my inspiration for this plot.

There is a dreadful amount of people here it's stifling. On top of that I've seen all the touristy spots and everything is so darn expensive I couldn't really enjoy it anyway.

Yes! I need more girl on girl stuff to read, I can never seem to find anything that doesn't border on literary porn. Not that I mind, but sometimes a good lezzie romance without smut would be nice to find haha.

I live in Raleigh and even this city feels too crowded, so I'm sure I would find NYC stifling too x) But still, it just sounds so cool and interesting to live there.

Then you should definitely read that book, it's soooo good. Another good one by that author is Tipping the Velvet. Both of them are steamy without being pornographic and the characters and story lines are fantastic. Honestly, I'm always on the lookout for good lesbian romance too, doesn't seem like there's that much out there to choose from Dx
