The next batch of students are at the Death Weapon Meister Acadamy and are ready for the year. Who knows what may lie ahead!
You can control maximum 2 characters, but please don't pair your two characters together. I would like to have a list of the weapons and meisters that are paired so everyone knows who is with who. You can be a meisterless weapon but please state that in your Cs. Please don't be related to any of the characters in the anime. If you are interested in being an enemy or have plot ideas please speak to me privately!

Please no actual fights. Fights and hatred between characters are fine but please don't fight with the real person behind the character!

Is happy and bubbly most of the time. She likes to make friends and gets good grades, but isn't the smartest in her class.

She comes from a line of weapons and has a little brother that she loves very much. She doesn't have a good relationship with her parents. Hikari has white hair but she likes to dye it blue and pink.

FEARS AND WEAKNESSES
She has an odd fear of clowns but that is minor against her fear of her friends and brother turning on her and saying they hate her.

Personality: Ryuu doesn't like to hang out with other people. She tends to be a loner. Ryuu also tends to snap very easily.
Bio: Ryuu's older sister is also a weapon. Ryuu has trained in martial arts and is good at fighting. Her mother passed away due to cancer. Her father is an alcoholic and mistreated Ryuu and her sister. If they did anything bad he would beat them or punish them otherwise.
Fear: Ryuu has an irrational fear if cats. When surround by many cats she acts like one. She will lash out anyone and claw them. Thus fear was caused by her father throwing her into a room full of cats. The cats then would scratch and bite her. So to get away from that fear when she's surrounded by a lot of cats Ryuu will fight like a cat, pouncing, scratching, and biting anyone that comes near her.

Meister Abilities
Has the the Soul Perception ability, which allows Remmy to see the soul wavelengths of living people and gather information from it. He is also able to use Soul Resonance with his weapon, but it is currently unknown as to what their Soul Resonance is. Aside from that, any other Meister abilities are to be discovered throughout the Roleplay.

Extra Equipment
Nothing, aside from the excessive amount of wealth that he can access anytime.

Personality
A deeply suspicious and insecure person, Remmy is extremely strict when it comes to terms of loyalty. An introvert and extremely reserved, you're more likely to find Remmy in a library or at a park than at a social event. He won't really admit it, but from years of isolation, he has zero socialization skills and often writes off his lack of interaction as "not caring". He's actually quite lonely, though he hardly lets other people onto that or any other weakness, considering he despises appearing as a vulnerable type of person. He does, however, admit that he hates loud areas and being the center of attention. He is an extremely clean and neat person, being a massive Germaphobe and perfectionist, as a result of this, he may rub off as slightly snobbish. He also hates being put in charge and often goes with the flow, tending to work in energy spikes than in a constant flow. He loves reading and is a very emotional and sensitive person and sadly, he comes off as very emotional fragile, which is very much the truth. Nonetheless, he is extremely compassionate and patient with a sense of modesty and concern for others.

His actions are often controlled by his emotions and this usually causes him to appear as selfish. He is extremely serious about his academics and even tends to over think his tasks and projects, but absolutely does not enjoy thinking about the future for what it's worth. He is a very morally righteous person and believes greatly in justice, but is willing to show mercy over justice. He believes strongly in the idea that people control their future and that it is important to be in control of your environment at all times and he will always stick to and defend his principles and beliefs. He stresses the idea of loyalty and therefore, is extremely loyal to his friends. He is embarrassingly clumsy on his feet and easily becomes anxious in stressful situations. He refers to himself as a "simple person" and openly admits to hating his parents.

Biography
Doesn't speak much of his past, but it is known that he had traveled overseas to attend DWMA and is originally from the UK. He is from an extremely wealthy family, but he doesn't seem to care much for them or the money, considering that he is a "simple person". He has openly admitted that he hates his parents, but has never specified as to why.

Weaknesses & Fears
His perfectionist and Germaphobic nature prevents him from partaking in many events, particularly socializing or mission-related tasks. Same with his fear of being hurt by others, which causes him to distance himself from others to an unhealthy extent. He has a fear of water, which is ironic, considering he is from a massive island. He is afraid of being alone in the dark as well.

Other
Speaks in a British accent and fluently knows English, French and Italian. Is kickass at trivia pursuit and is an impulsive buyer. He hates his first name and that is why he often lies and claims that Remington is his first name. His favorite food is rice, finding it a "brilliant invention", considering that it mixes well with any other food.

WEAPON TYPE: Revolver-style Hand Cannon-An oversized double-action revolver cast in black metal, made to chamber uncommonly large cartridges at the price of ammo consumption; the cylinder can only hold five shots.

SPECIAL ABILITIES: While having no special ablilites to speak off, the large size of his shots do a destructive amount of sheer impact damage.

EXTRA EQUIPMENT: None in particular

PERSONALITY: Gratingly happy and overly macho, Will aims to be as swauve as possible. Tends to let his emotions get the better of him, making him forceful, violent, and callous when angered. He's prideful in his accomplishments, and as such takes his own failures hard and dislikes it when people point out his flaws. He's also very defensive of the people he's close too, sometimes to the point of outright ignoring the obvious bad sides about them.

BIO: Joined DWMA at a rather early age, although his reasons seem to have stemmed from more than just his weapon power manifesting. Even though he avoids mention of it, the fact that he refuses to talk much about his family or hometown gives hints about his true reason for coming so young.

FEARS AND WEAKNESSES: Physically, his shots take up much more energy than any weapon of comparable size, with his soul resonance increasing the drain almost exponentially. Similarly, as a weapon he's fairly inaccurate and heavy.

Concurrently, Will is deathly afraid of being judged as useless due to his flaws, and thus tossed aside.

OTHER: Changed his name upon entering DWMA to "Leviathan" Smith thinking that the impressive name would be seen as powerful. Upon finding out that instead it made him look like a arrogant twit, Will has been planning to change it back ever since, but never found the right time.
