The setting honestly sounds somewhat similar to the old tabletop roleplaying game HoL (Human Occupied Landfill). If you like ordering things online or scouring secondhand bookstores, I'd suggest picking up a copy. Along with being a neat setting, the books are gut-bustingly hilarious.

I dont have internet banking so cant order online and the nearest second hand bookstore is in the city and currently I dont have any way to go to the city either
otherwise I would try it
trough I am more into series then a single book
(Getting all into the story, finishing the book wanting more, no more books... it is nit fun xd)

It's not a novel, it's a roleplaying game system, like the Dungeons and Dragons books. It's not one that has a story you get into, it's just a hilariously described setting and bunch of rules.

Likely not going to join, just wanted to mention because you strongly reminded me of it.
