Viral was finding it a great deal of discomfort trying to put up with something like this, especially when it was somebody he had absolutely zero familiarity in giving him treatment. He didn’t fully understand why he needed to be held down, but it was probably no wonder when he was the one who was unstable and generally pretty volatile. It was pretty painful to have someone touch a burn like he had, but it was hardly comparable to having to receive it. Shutting his eyes momentarily as the alien continued to rub the strange substance into his body, growling a little in hopes that it would be all over soon.

T’charrl was being fairly gentle, keeping his claws pointed up just incase he might end up scratching the Beastman in turn instead of trying to help him. It was fairly difficult to work under this much pressure, a frown on his face most of the time until Vegeta asked about the medicine. Looking a little confused, he looked down to his satchels before he shook his head a little, “Where else would you get remedies from…?” he questioned him, looking back down to the burn, “We get everything from the planet, I’m not entirely sure where else you’d get things. It’s always been this way”. Feeling a little more content with what he was doing, he looked to Yumi when she entered, giving her a smile. Everything seemed to be going okay, but he could only hope that Viral would be okay with the drastic change of position, “Be careful when you do…I’m done on this side. Just let it dry in a little, maybe…”

Viral wasn’t overly thrilled with having Yumi there watching him while he was getting this sort of treatment, especially with the position he was being held in. It was very uncomfortable and probably looked stupid too, but now Yumi was going to have to witness it all and even help shift him so he was facing the other way. Feeling particularly fed up and still quite in pain, he looked to Vegeta when he spoke before letting out a bit of a growl, “A doctor…? What do you mean…if my healing is going alright…” He felt a little confused, especially when this was supposed to be his treatment for now while leaving his innards to heal by themselves. It was very uncomfortable, especially the thought of having to be flipped over again.

Shu didn’t know how he was supposed to talk to Takeshi like this, he felt really uncomfortable being unable to see who he was talking to or how they were even reacting to what he was saying. He probably would had been better talking to Takeshi when he was able to move or being lower to the floor and Takeshi higher up, he couldn’t even see what was wrong with Takeshi. Slowly moving his tail, he listened to Takeshi but could only feel confused, the moments of memory feeling fairly clouded and still out of reach as his headache persisted, “Huh…? Ooh, maybe…maybe I’ll remember that, eventually…I-I mean, I think I just had my head hit too hard”.

Shu was feeling fairly uncomfortable, not entirely sure himself why but it was good enough for him to look to see where Yumi was from his position. The lack of body language for him to read really bothered him, especially when the voice was coming from a generally vague location. With his general confusion and disorientation, Takeshi continued to speak but for Shu he found it fairly difficult to understand. He didn’t know why Takeshi was apologising, but if it was his fault it gave the impression that he hit him really hard and even hurt Viral. Feeling very confused, he looked around quickly as Takeshi continued to speak, panicking slightly as all sorts of thoughts came into his head as if an attack, “W-Why would you hurt me and Mister Viral…? Killed what men…? Who? What’s going on…? Why are you saying these things to me…? I-I don’t understand, why are you hurting my head…? Did I do bad…? D-Did I change? Oww…my head hurts a lot…why hit it…?”

"I don't know I suppose. A lot of what we've got on our planet isn't all natural though. Tons of chemicals and other things to make them work, and I've got to wonder if that's better or worse." It wasn't a miracle cure, but Vegeta was confident that what T'charrl was using would do the trick. How it paired up with medicine from Earth was a curious thought, and one that wasn't going to be tested for a while yet. Yumi's coming to join them meant an extra pair of hands to help, and carefully she and the Saiyan turned their friend over to continue his treatment. Having more people to support you was usually a good thing, but Viral hardly looked thrilled at the concept. Had he thought Yumi would leave or the Beastman wouldn't feel bad for sending her off Vegeta would ask her to step out. "I'm just saying a proper doctor can tell you if you're healing well, that's all." They might know a bit of medicine collectively, but someone who was actually practiced would be far more adept at dealing with Viral. Plus if his innards didn't heal properly on their own then surgery would be needed, and goodness knows none of them were going to touch that mess with a ten foot pole. "Of course... Even if you do heal then there's still the matter of Takeshi and Shu. I don't know what their wounds are but they might need a doctor." Not to mention the minor dilemma of the Beastman's PTSD, having yet to be addressed. For that they definitely needed a medical professional, as nothing any of them did worked out.

Takeshi was having a fair fit right now as his emotions crashed down on him. It was hard, keeping yourself composed when your little brother was nearly paralyzed, and one of your very few friends nearly killed. It didn't help the matter either that he placed all of the blame on himself, even when in reality he was probably the reason they even were alive. It was much too difficult to see it that way right now, his judgment was clouded and really blaming himself was easier. "No... No I didn't hurt you... I mean I did, but... Dammit...!" It was hard to properly convey what he wanted to, struggling to think over Shu's pitiful state. Looking at his brother tearfully he ignored the pain all over his body as he leaned forward, painfully crawling off of the couch and over to Shu's side. His face was contorted in discomfort as he moved, his wounds feeling like they were ready to burst with each small adjustment. Finally getting there he knelt at the side of the couch, using his hand to wipe at more tears. "L-Look... Some men attacked us, they ambushed us... And trapped me, then hurt you and Viral..." he began, sniffling. "When I saw you two I lost it...I killed all of them because... Because I thought you might be dead and... And Viral was going to die..." Pouting his upper lip he could scarcely contain himself any longer, letting out a soft sob as he laid his head down, hiding his face against Shu's chest. "Everyone is g-going to hate me... And I'm going to be alone...!" It was a piss poor time to be pleading his own case, but there was a very real concern that he'd screwed up for the last time.

"Please don't hate me Shu...! I'm sorry!" Takeshi lifted his head to look at his brother, wiping his face on his forearm. "I'll be better at protecting you... A-And I'll be nicer. Just please, please don't hate me." As much as he wanted to be accepted he knew full well if he wasn't there wouldn't be much he could do to change that. Should he be shunned then he didn't even know where he might go, other than Earth. Or perhaps back to the rebellion, he might as well be useful to somebody, even if it was just as a soldier. Just thinking about that wracked his body in fear, making him tremble at the idea of it. He didn't want anyone to hate him, certainly not Shu, but also the others. Yumi, Vegeta, Viral, the Kaesstrians. What if word got back to Earth that he was at fault? Then everyone would hate him there too, and he'd go back to being alone once more.

T’charrl thought it was definitely a strange concept to go under, but then again it was just the word that made him feel uncomfortable. Whatever they used to get their medicine was fine by him, but he didn’t like the sound of chemicals and would rather stick to what he knew just like they probably did too. Smiling nervously, he looked between Viral and Vegeta as he spoke to the Beastman, tilting his head a little before using this moment to go and treat Viral once he was fully turned over. It was a good moment of distraction to get in there and quickly do what he needed to do without the Beastman getting too anxious and ending up attacking him instead. Frowning a little as he treated Viral, he looked to Vegeta and nodded a little, “It shouldn’t take too long for Takeshi to feel better, Shu should start remembering things soon, hopefully by the end of the day”, he sighed, moving away from Viral quickly once he finished up, “If not then there might be more wrong with him than I thought, but it’s definitely a concussion and when I last checked there wasn’t brain swelling. Just don’t let him stress out too much and make sure there’s someone there always for the next two days, I mean…symptoms can get worse if he’s under stress and isn’t allowed to rest. Maybe try and get him to sit up sometime if he improves”.

Shu was confused, he didn’t know what was happening or why Takeshi was telling him all of this, but was making him extremely uncomfortable and he just was getting to the point where he couldn’t take it. He just wanted answers, but the answer he was looking for was still terribly far away from him in a confusing place where understanding the simplest thing was beyond anything. Squeaking a little when it was all just settling into his head, when Takeshi moved he couldn’t turn to look that way either but Takeshi was even closer to him now and all it did manage to do was make him feel fairly unsettled. Squeaking a little, he tried to pull himself up but couldn’t even get any pressure in his hands. He didn’t like how Takeshi was talking to him at all and just became even more unsettled when Takeshi put his head on his chest, “Why are you saying that…? I don’t hate anyone…stop trying to make me hate someone…oww! Oww…it’s hurting…why you say this…? I don’t want to be alone…don’t want to die…”

"You're not going to die Shu, don't worry." Rather than Takeshi's voice chiming in it was Eslaria's. The Queen stood at the doorway to the room for a moment, looking at the two brothers in pity. Why these two had been put together was beyond her, as clearly it was a bad idea. Takeshi was too guilty and upset to do anything other than mope and Shu simply couldn't handle that right now, it was a recipe for disaster. "To put it simply you were injured little one, a blow to the head by the looks of it. You're going to live, but you have to relax and rest." That meant no older brother having a breakdown in front of him. Her head shook in disbelief before she walked over to the boys, kneeling down at the older boy's side and smiling gently. "No one thinks you're at fault for this but you. Shouldn't that tell you something?" she asked, cocking her head questioningly. "Shu has to rest for now, and so do you. So I'm going to take you to your room..." There was a pause as she linked her arms under the Saiyan, scooping him up as Yumi had with relative ease. "And Shu will remain here. He'll have plenty of visitors, so don't you worry about a thing. Right now everyone has to get their strength back." It came across as gentle, but it wasn't up for discussion. Fretting like this would only serve to agitate everyone and make matters worse. Besides, they couldn't quite get on with taking down the general if they had to worry about these three at home.

Emotionally strained and just physically tired Takeshi put up little fight in being lifted up again. He was still crying, albeit to a far lesser degree than before, mostly out of pride before the Queen. Before they left the room he cast a glance back over to his brother, sniffling before managing a small smile. "I'm s-sorry... You're going to be okay..." It was a weak attempt to quickly reassure the boy but hopefully it did a little something at least. Taken out of the room they went down the hallway, and to his chagrin passed by the room where his old squadmates were sitting, hiding his face and hoping they didn't notice him. The walk to his and Shu's room was a mercifully short one, and once on the bed a bit of his pain was instantly eased. "Thank you... For bringing me here..." he mumbled, embarrassed at his inability to move on his own. Reaching at a pillow he carefully propped it up under his head, laying it back graciously and closing his eyes. Eslaria left not too long after, apparently just lingering to make sure the breakdown was over. Blinking away a few tears that clung to his lashes Takeshi lifted a hand to rub his face dry, staring up at the ceiling. He'd appreciated what the Queen said, but it was still hard to find it true. Even though Yumi had acted kindly towards him he imagined it was simply because it was for Shu's sake, and on his own he'd have been let be. Just as well, he didn't want to be seen groveling like a baby.

Eslaria made it a point to close Takeshi's door as she left, trying to afford him as much privacy as he might want. Even a tempered warrior like her could feel sympathy for the boy. It was never easy to see someone close be injured in a fight, least of all a family member. Remorse was a mistress she was rather familiar with, being a ruler in the time of war. Somehow she suspected that the general didn't share those sympathies and was perfectly fine with sending his men to their deaths. In fact she'd be surprised if he even acknowledged their deaths with anything more than disappointment or anger. That man had to be brought down, now. With the aliens out of it for the time being and their friends likely reluctant to leave they were shorthanded on fighters to help them. But wait... There were more fighters available to her, the ones who T'charrl were supposed to be helping. In a way they were then indebted to the prince, and always one to collect debts Eslaria smiled mischievously, knowing exactly where she'd find her extra help. Stopping right at their room she barged on in, putting her hands on her hips. "You three!" she bellowed, grabbing their attention. "I've got a job for you!"

Kabocha, Kai and Choi had been chattering amongst themselves when the Queen decided to come in on them. She had done so abruptly and shouted loud enough to make Kabocha nearly jump out of his seat, blinking in confusion before looking at Eslaria. "Wha...? A job?" he mimicked, frowning before settling himself down. "Why do we have to work now? Isn't everything taken care of?"

"No, everything is not taken care of. The general still needs to be apprehended, and your friends are currently unable to do that." Eslaria stated, folding her arms before smiling. "And that is why you three along with my son will be going to get him." Three Saiyans were certainly more than enough to deal with that man, and any troops he might have at his side. Without the element of surprise or an ambush they certainly had the upper hand, and with any degree of luck the general would be wise enough to surrender on the spot. When one of the boys looked to have issue with her plan she narrowed her eyes, clearing her throat before he could even speak. "May I remind you that my son is saving your families? The very least you can do is help us finish this mess of ours."

"Ugh... All right, all right." Kabocha relented, sighing as he rubbed his forehead. He looked between the twins to see if they agreed, and once he was assured they were he turned back to the Queen. "Just tell us where he is and we'll grab him for you. Are you sure you don't want us to just kill him...?"

Eslaria gave Kabocha an incredulous look before smacking her own forehead, groaning inwardly. What a... Saiyan thing to ask. "No... Because killing him would make a martyr out of him. And the last thing we need is to give even more reason for the forthcoming resistance to hate us. I want him brought here in one piece to be sentenced properly. And I'll be entrusting the command of this mission to my son, as he's more knowledgeable on the area and situation. I hope my faith in the two brothers isn't betrayed by any blunders you might make. I cannot stress how important this is, it has to be done right." In another brief pause she turned to look at the three boys, mulling something over in her thoughts before finally walking over and grabbing Choi by his shirt. "You, go get T'charrl, tell him what you're doing. I'm going outside to see how things are going."

Shu was a fair bit stressed out, he didn’t know what he was supposed to say or how he was supposed to react when everything was completely flipping all over the place regarding matters he couldn’t even remember. With the stress being particularly potent with how little he could move, he squeaked a little when the Queen spoke up, his eyes looking in her direction as he frowned a little. Feeling a little loss over what he was supposed to believe, he let out a sigh and looked back to the ceiling, “O-Okay…I’ll try…I’m sorry…” he frowned, closing his eyes, “I’ll sleep…I’m tired…” He really had way too much to worry about and couldn’t quite get it into his head that he was hurt and it was really important to rest if he wanted to ever move again.

With the Queen heading on over with Takeshi, the twins sat in with Kabocha just keeping to their own group while everyone else went ahead and tried to fix everyone up. There were definitely a lot of reasons to keep away from others, especially when they didn’t have the chance of getting to be useful around a bunch of injuries. With the Queen quickly barging into the room with Takeshi in toll, Choi got a little bit of a fright before they were all forced into working once more. Staring at her collectively, the twins could only give a quick glance between the pair before Choi was suddenly grabbed by the shirt and forced to stare up at the Queen in surprise, “Ah! What? O-Okay! Okay, I’ll get him…”

Slowly moving out of the Queen’s grip, Choi slowly slipped by the Queen and headed on over to try and find everyone else before she got mad at him instead, his eyes going to Shu the moment he spotted the kid. He looked fair beaten all wrapped up in those bandages, but hopefully it didn’t mean he couldn’t move regarding how straight he had to be. Frowning a little, he entered the kitchen with his eyes going to Viral on the table and the other two hovering over him while the alien was washing up. The Beastman had managed to get injured again? Seemed to be a common thing with how prepared they were to treat him, Vegeta even had his shirt off like it was a mechanic’s job, “Uhhh…T’charrl? Your mother wants you outside”, he spoke, his eyes still on Viral before he quickly turned around and headed on out, feeling a little put off by what he was seeing.

T’charrl was only just managing to wash his hands when Choi came in, his words making his heart sink a little. Letting out a groan, he turned to look at the others, his cane firmly in hand, “Uhhh, I should go then. Just be careful and I guess don’t be too surprised if he spits up blood”, he sighed, heading on to the exit, “It’s still weird that your blood is red, you know…” He did wonder what his mother wanted; she didn’t usually want to call him away for things when he was helping out in the first place. Heading on out to the exit, he let out a sigh to try and prepare himself, worried that she was just going to ask him to go home with his own weaknesses plaguing him.

"Well jeez... Now we're taking orders from the aliens?" Kabocha asked rhetorically, looking at Kai surprised. He supposed it was fair in a way, as they were already being helped. It might not be so bad if they were actually allowed to fight someone, though now come to think of it fighting hadn't been forbidden, only killing. That gave him a mischievous little smirk as he pondered that over, wondering if they might get to go after some of the jerks that had hurt Takeshi and the others. Almost giddy at the prospect of getting to fight finally he almost pushed Choi right back out of the room when he returned, trying to get the twins to follow as he went right on outside behind the Queen. Whether these people could fight or not didn't matter much, he just wanted to have some fun. Plus considering what they had done it was to perhaps a small degree personal, and almost payback in a way. "Oh boy... I can't wait to fight some of those jerks!" Kabocha said, giving his knuckles a cracking. Walking outside he nearly bumped into the Queen as she stopped, blinking confused and looking up at her curiously. "Uh... Everything okay miss?" Did she sense something out in the woods? Perplexed the Saiyan stepped to the side of Eslaria, narrowing his eyes as he peered into the brush to try and pick anything out. Well, nothing out there was going to attack them, but the Queen was certainly all for that. A closed fist smacked the top of his head, making Kabocha hiss as he gave his skull a rubbing. "What? What did I do?"

"You're making plans when you're not the one in charge, that's what," Eslaria stated plainly, turning about to face the squad. "No fighting, we don't need more casualties. We need the people's favor to make things work after this is all over, and we don't do that by killing husbands, sons and brothers. If you must protect yourselves do so cautiously, and only fight to disarm or restrain. The only one I'm a little more lenient on is the general, but we need him in one piece." These boys were soldiers, and while she hardly knew them the Queen was fairly confident in their ability to follow orders. Over the heads of the Saiyans Eslaria spotted her son coming out, glad to see he'd gotten the word. "And here is the young man who will be leading you three into this. I expect that you give him your total cooperation." Putting her hands on her hips she looked down at the younger Kaesstrian, smiling at him cheerfully. "You're going to take these three boys with you to get the general since your friends are hurt. It seems fitting for you to be there to take him from power, and in the meantime your father, Katas and I will stay here to keep everyone safe." There wasn't much room for discussion on the matter. Eslaria knew she was forcing this upon T'charrl but it simply had to be done. The longer they waited the more time the general had to learn of his men's defeat retaliate. Now was the premier time to strike, when he was awaiting a report and didn't know exactly what was going on. "I hope you're ready, my young prince, because today you're going to become a hero amongst our people."

Kai didn’t really find this whole plan to be very good to say the least, it was already extremely loose and there really was no actual plan to what they were actually going to do. If they couldn’t kill the guy, then what exactly were they supposed to do to him when they found him? Feeling a little confused by the sudden demand, he followed Kabocha on out and let out a sigh, shaking his head, “It’s not as if we have a choice; besides, it’s hardly a big deal”, he spoke, looking to the door, “Aren’t these guys supposed to help us with our parent problem, anyway? Might as well go ahead with it”. Upon arriving outside, Kai looked to Choi calmly before turning around to see the Queen, watching her curiously before smirking a little when Kabocha was hit by her. It was about time somebody hit him, but it wasn’t helping all that well when they still needed to hear the plan from the Queen herself.

T’charrl was unsure how to approach his mother as he headed on out to the open world, trying to keep off his cane as much as he could to try and act strong and able. He was a little nervous, but hopefully he wouldn’t be put into something that would mean life or death for him as was the case for a lot of things. Slowly approaching the door, he stepped outside only to spot Kabocha being hit by his mother and an immediate complaint coming out of it. Letting out a sigh, he slowly approached his mother with his eyes focused on her, coming to a halt just before her. He was rather nervous, his eyes staring at her until she finally spoke of the plan and immediately put him in charge over the Saiyans, “…What? Me?” he questioned her, not exactly sure what the plan of action was. By ‘him’, he could only assume it was the General she was talking about, something he had hoped one of the others would take care of instead. As his mind suddenly became awash with worry, he stared at her before frowning at the word hero, “I am…? Are you sure about this, Mother? I-I mean…how do I face up against a guy like that? He’s a lot stronger than me…” he spoke quickly, only to let out a sigh and lower his head, “And what if I fail…? And what if they find out about my…’differences’. I’d be a disgrace to the family name, everything would be ruined…”

Eslaria had waited until her son was present to explain the plan, seeing as he would be at the precipice of it all. It just made sense to her to have one of the future rulers be there to take down this tyrant, it built his credibility and gained him favor. To her it was perfectly reasonable, and yet the prince sounded to have some concerns with it. "You won't have to face him alone T'charrl, these three will be accompanying you," the Queen explained, gesturing to the Saiyans. "No matter how strong he is he cannot compare to Saiyans, I'm confident of that. Regardless of any tricks or however many troops he might hide behind he'll not triumph over us." They had the element of surprise so long as they moved quickly, and so it was their turn to ambush their enemy. For someone who was going to be leading people some day soon he needed to build his confidence, otherwise it would be hard for anyone to look up to him. "And I know you'll do fine, I'd not have picked you for the task otherwise," she continued, smiling gently. "Your friends will be with you, you won't fail as long as they're at your side. As for your differences or disgracing us..." Eslaria paused, stepping beyond the Saiyans to place a hand on her son's head, giving it a gentle rubbing. "Nothing you could ever do would disgrace us, I promise you that. And your 'differences' may just be what you'll need to make the general submit. They're a gift T'charrl, don't think of yourself badly because you're different."

Once certain the air was cleared and everyone was prepared the unlikely team left the house in search of their target. No doubt the Saiyans might have mixed feelings about what was going on, chief amongst which were hesitation over following an alien. If what they had been promised was to be done though they had to comply, whether they necessarily agreed with it or not. Kabocha was probably the only one really with inhibitions, and that was in part due to his enjoying having temporary leadership over the squad. It was no small secret he had a pride and some ego, and having his command stripped even temporarily bruised it a bit. A little condolence came in the form of a chance to fight, provided that whatever troops they encountered were dim enough to even try that. After they had left the view of the house Kabocha figured it was safe to voice something he had on his mind, and for good reason. "Do we even know where to look for this guy...?" he asked, glancing sidelong to T'charrl. "I mean your mom didn't exactly tell us where, and I can't remember the princes or anyone else ever saying anything. Are we going to search this whole city for the guy?"

T’charrl was completely unsure to how he was supposed to handle such a mission, especially when it meant their whole life on the planet would completely change forever. The pressure would probably be enough to kill him if he had a weak heart, but thankfully he was fair healthy and could only think of the impending doom that would most likely come later. Looking to the Saiyans for a moment, he let out a sigh and nodded, hoping it was okay that they were going with him rather than simply being dragged along because his mother said so. Nodding a little, he looked up at her with a frown, “His soldiers managed to defeat three of my friends. That’s what I’m worried about the most…” He didn’t want what happened to his friends to happen to these people, they were innocent as far as he was concerned.

Lowering his head a little, he leaned against his cane as she spoke, not completely looking sure to how he was supposed to feel about her attempted confidence boosts. She was definitely confident in him, he just couldn’t find that confidence in himself when he had never been pushed into something as daring as this; soldiers he could handle fine, but when he was captured the General was simply terrifying. He’d threaten the existence of his mother and talk about what he would do to his family, but even then he didn’t think it would ever be him behind all of it and thought he was answering to a higher calling. Looking up at her at her encouragement over his powers, he smiled a little as she petted his head, “…R-Really…? Maybe…I’ll try not to…”

If he was going to use his abilities, it would have to be to protect rather than to attack. He wouldn’t want any witnesses to think he was deadly and seeing him using his power to destroy would definitely not be the wisest thing to do. Smiling up at his mother, he turned to Kabocha when he spoke up his concerns, frowning a little before looking away for a moment, “Uhh well, I’ve been there before…when I was captured”, he spoke, fluttering his wings a little before lifting off into the air, “I know where the military base is, it’s likely where he’d be. We have to go to the city, if you’re ready”.

"They beat your friends because they ambushed them T'charrl. Do you honestly think they'd have triumphed otherwise?" Perhaps the boys and that other man were getting the benefit of the doubt, but Eslaria liked to think they were stronger. Realistically she figured even Yumi was more powerful than them, and she came across as perhaps the weakest of the bunch. It had to be the element of surprise that led to the injuries, otherwise it just didn't make sense. "So long as you're careful and don't make any foolish mistakes you'll not be caught off guard. We've trained you to do this, now you've just got to have confidence in yourself." What more could be say on the matter than already had been? The plan was set and everyone was ready to go, all that was keeping them back now was the prince waiting to give the go ahead. It was in the hands of the children now, and they had the complete confidence of both the Queen and the other men to see it through. No longer being needed there Eslaria gave her son one final smile before leaving them to join the others on patrols of the area. While they took care of the general the rest of them would look after the wounded, no one would come anywhere near T'charrl's friends.

Kabocha still had reservations, voicing the foremost of which; Just where were they going? From what gathered the Queen and the others weren't from the city, so how much of the area would they know? T'charrl had the answer for them thankfully, just as well seeing as he'd be leading them. "Read as ever, prince. Let's give these guys what's coming to them." The Saiyan lifted himself up into the air, smirking as he did so. Finally, they'd be doing something interesting. He was getting excited as he imagined storming the headquarters, taking down a few soldiers to ultimately drag this general out by his wings. A good old fashioned raid, it would certainly be fun. "We're flying right in then? I hope so, sneaking around really isn't my style." The time for digging up information was done anyways, courtesy of the princes. Now it was time for some good old fashioned brute force. Keeping in their group he flew off across the tops of the buildings, keeping in line right behind T'charrl. They'd be seen doing this no doubt, but he'd love to see someone try to stop them.

Choi and Kai weren’t too fussed about the plan, seeing as how they were going to act as bodyguards and nothing more. It wasn’t a big deal that they didn’t have to fight; there was still the problem of actually doing something positive for the Prince so he could get their parents somehow, after all. Watching the Queen tend and comfort her son, Kai couldn’t help but feel fed up while Choi stared longingly at the Queen as if trying to imagine how a mother would treat him when he was feeling doubt. Maybe Kabocha got to experience that with his own mother, seeing as how it was rare for female Saiyans to stay with their male counterparts after breeding. With them all ready to go and get the General, the twins waited until T’charrl had set off first before taking to the air themselves, flying behind him with each twin on either side.

T’charrl gave his mother one last look before flying straight off towards the city, his mind trying to get focused on how he should do this and whether the General would even be there. He would be in danger of getting hit by projectiles while in the air, but he hoped the Saiyans would be able to protect him from that. Looking back at the Saiyans, he nodded a little, giving Kabocha a little smile, “Yeah, I thought you might prefer if we go in directly rather than being sneaky”, he spoke, looking back to the city, “Besides, you guys don’t have camouflage”. He was feeling increasingly nervous the further in they flew, nobody except Katas was brave enough to come to this place and what was worse was how much of the public were noticing them flying through the air. It wasn’t only because of the Saiyans, but also the fact that T’charrl was wearing the same tribal gear that they were often warned about and to watch out for, “Uhhh, right…keep your eye out for any black warriors, okay? They’ll try to shoot at us and they don’t care for collateral damage, so make sure nothing hits the people, okay?” he spoke cautiously, keeping an eye out himself, “It’s the military complex in the middle of the city, maybe if we can get into the place…everything will be fine…”

Flying over the city was pretty bold for someone who was an enemy to the state. T'charrl had backup though in the form of three seasoned Saiyans, so really how much danger he'd face was debatable. In a sense really all the squad was there for was a deterrent, though whether the enemy would take the hint or be dim enough to strike was yet to be seen. As the prince was quick to point out they lacked the camouflage that the Kaesstrians did, making sneaking about even more difficult. "Black warriors? Gotcha." Kabocha replied, flashing a thumbs up. A frown tugged at his features at what else was said, finding the soldiers were akin to Saiyans in more way than one. It showed too who the real 'good guys' in this war were to boot, as if they'd needed much convincing after the attack. It took a good deal of morality to refuse to harm civilians in a fight, and even greater to protect them even if they hated you. There was something to be said to that, but Kabocha was scarcely the one to sing praises. "Military complex... You got it. I'm guessing we'll know it when we see it?" Guards, towers and walls or fences, or something along those lines should give it away. Chances were a fight was going to break out between them and the soldiers if they showed up, unless someone had a really convincing reason for them not to attack. "We'll get you inside, don't worry about that. It just might not be too pretty." The Queen didn't want them fighting? Yeah, easier said than done lady.

Kabocha scanned the buildings below and ahead of them, searching for any place that might scream 'military' to him. If it were Saiyan or even Earthling architecture he'd be able to spot it a mile away, but these aliens built such strange places. A good portion of the city were domed, or tall oval shaped sky scrapers. It was a real head scratcher, like picking a needle out of a haystack. "Sheesh... And I thought some Saiyan cities were cluttered..." he mumbled, referring to the densely packed metropolis below. There were some fairly wide roads between the blocks, but those were filled with people, stalls and various other objects. Noticeably as they continued on the crowds looked to be thinning gradually, eventually reaching a point where there were only a handful of people moving about. The reason for the thinning of the crowds turned out to be military personnel, quite a few blocking off various streets. It looked like people were being led from their homes, away from who knows what. Kabocha couldn't be bothered with that at the moment though, as up ahead he finally spotted a building that looked rather promising. It had everything he'd imagine a military base to have, and even if it wasn't the right one they could start from there. A couple of soldiers lined the perimeter, but as far as he could see from where they were no one was inside the walls. "Hey T'charrl... Is that it?" he asked hopefully, pointing down to the structure.

T’charrl couldn’t shake off the nerves he was feeling as he flew over the city, his worry over where the General was barely anything compared to how he felt about being in the city. It was certainly a lovely place to look at from a distance, but being in it felt like a complete rat race with the only appeal being he could fly around if he wanted to. They certainly lead a strange life up above ground, whether they were actually active at night too was a curiosity but at the moment he really didn’t think he should be concerned about that. If the world would ever unite together, then maybe he would explore these cities and see what they were like. Giving a quick glance back at the Saiyans, he smiled a little and nodded, “Yeah, it’s very different to what you can find here, with a wall and all”, he spoke, looking back to the city, “Do what you can, just be aware of what my mother said. We can’t have the people hating us”.

Already the city folk were beginning to get a little anxious upon seeing T’charrl by the looks of it, a good few quickly retreating to the ground or watching him from their window. It was a little nerve-wrecking in all honesty, he didn’t like being constantly watched like this and definitely didn’t want to end up being shot out of the sky from an unexpected attack. Luckily for T’charrl, the twins were keeping a constant lookout while Kabocha did too, just making sure nobody would try and shoot any of them out of the sky in an act of hostility. Feeling a fair bundle of nerves sitting inside him, he took in a deep breath before gasping a little when Kabocha spotted the place, his eyes immediately going down to the base, “Uhhh, yeah, that’s it”, he said quickly, looking around cautiously before flying a little higher so the Saiyans were all in front, “So what’s your plan to get me inside? The soldiers are snipers with those arrows of theirs, so it might be tricky”.

Kabocha halted himself along with the others as they reached the military base. It was just as he'd imagined, and no doubt there were people inside the building just as there were outside. From where they were in the air the guards were fairly small, and thankfully they were most likely out of range of any arrows that might come their way. "No doubt they've seen us already, I mean we weren't exactly stealthy flying on in here." he pointed out, frowning as he looked over the building. "So landing somewhere and trying to walk in is kind of moot, they'll see us coming. Since we're not supposed to attack... And I can't believe I'm saying this, but we've got to go down and talk to them." Diplomacy between warring peoples was possible, albeit incredibly difficult to reach. T'charrl was as good a leader as his mother was as far as these people were concerned, so they might deal with him if he tried making a deal. Goodness knows what they would say to get to their commanding officer though. A good soldier didn't sell out their boss, they were usually trained to never do that. "You talk to the guards, convince them that we've got to get in there. If we make them realize what's going on... Whatever that is... Then they might be more willing to oblige." Plus the presence of three healthy Saiyans would likely give them some leverage. "Kai? Choi? You two stick with him, since you work best together. I'll bring up the rear when we land and make sure they don't try anything."

There was little else to do right now but land and see how things went. They were already made by the soldiers, and in a matter of seconds no doubt the entire base would be savvy to their presence as well. Kabocha gave the rest of the group a final look before dropping down to the ground rather swiftly. He made sure not to land too close to the gates, keeping an easy ten meters away as not to alarm anyone too badly. The direct approach was really their only option, but that certainly didn't mean it was the best. Upon landing the guards immediately began to converge, weapons at the ready but not looking overly sure of themselves. These men weren't dressed in the black garb as the special forces were, meaning these were just regular old grunts. Not as skilled, and with any luck a bit more open to listening to reason.Given they weren't fanatics a few choice words ought to convince them to let everyone inside, or at the very least consider it. It was almost humorous, having them point swords and spears at them, essentially sharpened sticks. "We're not here to fight, so relax guys..." Kabocha said, rolling his eyes when the soldiers didn't seem to lighten up. "Jeez... If we really wanted to do harm we'd have just blown you all up. Just chill, will you?"

The twins appeared fairly confident with the planning, especially when it was a simple case of flying down and protecting the Prince from any incoming projectiles. This was probably going to be the least brutal of all of their missions, a first when it didn’t involve killing and simply involved guiding someone along. The soldiers down below were hardly scary, plus there was no way they were in any danger of an ambush when they could see the soldiers from here. Looking up and around them, there were no soldiers flying around or at least any that could get up to them and initiate an ambush before they would notice and even then their scouters would warn them of incoming aggressive energy signatures. With both of them looking to Kabocha, Kai gave a quick nod while Choi let out a sigh, ready to move when T’charrl wanted to go.

T’charrl was a little nervous, but hopefully things would go well and he wouldn’t find himself made a fool of by the guards. He wasn’t scared of them, but rather the General managed to give him the shivers and he really didn’t know if he could handle a man of that calibre while he was still slightly weakened from his two weeks of torture. Looking to the twins quickly before letting out a sigh, he gave a quick nod before immediately dropping down, “Let’s go then and get this General”…” Keeping with the Saiyans, he carefully watched the guards as he dropped down, just making sure he wasn’t going to get shot at instead. When everything seemed okay and nothing was going to end up happening, he landed down with the Saiyans and stared up at the soldiers, giving Kabocha a look as he kept his cane behind him, “Where’s your General?? I demand I see him!” he shouted, fluttering his wings aggressively, “Bring him to us or we’re busting in. You cannot stop us!”

The entire squad descended together, landing at the gates ready to go. For obvious reasons the soldiers saw their landing as a threat, especially with the prince of the enemy in their ranks. Whether they were a match for the Saiyans and T'charrl or not they had a job to do, and thus the closest men moved in on the visitors, weapons drawn and poised to strike. Near immediately one of the Saiyans thought it necessary to speak, acting rather nonchalant about the entire matter. His words were hardly comforting, as they could just as well harm or even kill them now that they had landed. The strength of the aliens was not lost on them, the reality of what they were faced with was rather unsettling. After the alien's quip the Prince had something to say as well, and a demand no less. To see the general, what an outrageous request. Yet conversely the men also knew that what T'charrl said was true, they couldn't stop these four. At most they were a mild inconvenience, a speed bump to their target. Maybe their taking this approach meant they weren't looking to harm anyone.

"W-Why would we let you in?" one of the soldiers stammered, speaking directly to T'charrl. "You're the enemy! Your people are going to be the death of us all!"

"The general is a good man!" another chimed in, waving his sword angrily. "He's helping us move forward. It's your family and soldiers that are destroying our future, so why then should we listen to you?"

Uninformed or brainwashed, these men weren't really in an agreeable mood, even if it was for their best interest. When one of the Saiyans stepped forward they responded in the only way they knew how, by taking a big step back themselves in fright. They weren't the same ones the general had been employing, the men were quick to realize this. Just how many of these aliens were on their planet now? "Where are the other ones...?" the first soldier asked, frowning as he pointed his sword at Kabocha. "Takeshi and Shu... The princes! The general is dealing with them, not you!"

Kabocha's eyes narrowed at the sword in his face, glancing down at it silently. Okay, so they knew the princes, but not them. They could argue they were with the brothers, but when there was only T'charrl to confirm this it was wasted breath. Annoyed, the Saiyan lifted his hands and grabbed the two sides of the sword, easily enough snapping the tip of the blade off and tossing it aside, smirking at the startled man. "The princes are hurt right now, thanks to YOUR general." he explained, crossing his arms. "The jerk betrayed them, had them attacked and nearly killed. We're here to ask him why he did that, that's all." These men were harmless really, yet he couldn't help himself but having a little fun and frightening them. His word was unfounded, but even still the soldiers seemed surprised by what he said, taking a moment to talk amongst themselves in hushed whispers. In the meantime Kabocha looked over his shoulder at T'charrl, gesturing to the building with one hand. "Anything to add, prince?" he whispered, nodding his head in the soldier's direction. "Because if they don't buy this I'm going to knock down the door myself, I'm not playing negotiator..."

Landing down beside T’charrl, the twins kept their eyes fixed on the soldiers just incase one of them tried anything funny with those weapons of theirs. If their job was to protect the Prince then they were going to do it well, whether it not it would end up causing fear in the soldier’s hearts. Watching the soldiers immediately speak up in defiance, Kai let out an annoyed sigh while Choi simply stared at the soldiers with a confused look. It was just weird to have them talk up like this, it must had been a nervous thing above all else. Looking between each other for a moment, their eyes went to Kabocha as the man had a sword pointed straight at him, the Saiyans moving a little closer to stand up for Kabocha. He was giving them the answers they were searching for, but whether the soldiers were understanding it was definitely to be decided when T’charrl could speak up for them.

T’charrl looked between Kabocha and the soldiers, finding it fairly annoying how they were all falling for the General and even trying to stand up for him when he wasn’t even here. He was fair confused over that, but then again these men had sworn their lives to the General and would probably do anything with the belief that he was a flawless man. Looking to Kabocha when he gave him a break to speak, he nodded before stepping forward slightly, “Your General ambushed the Princes in my territory, sending two waves of your men to their death”, he spoke up immediately, a hand on his own sword’s hilt, “Since when did an honourable General send his own men to their doom?? Since when was it good for a man to try to kill two kids who were essentially volunteering for his cause? Where is he now to protect you from these three Saiyans?? Where is the General!”

The soldiers were fairly determined to remain defiant, even against far superior fighters. It was a sense of duty and honor that kept them in place, even when a sword was broken like a twig. As far as they knew the Prince was their enemy, and if these Saiyans were with him then they must be as well, and not aligned with the other two. A definite problem arose when T'charrl spoke out about the supposed attacks, corroborating the other boy's story. This made the soldiers exchange uncertain glances with one another, not quite sure what to think of it all. "Come to think of it... A few of the spec ops were wandering around the place earlier, for a drill or something I think..." a soldier mumbled, frowning to himself. Now that he said it aloud it sounded rather off, as those kinds of troops normally had their own barracks and headquarters.

"And they all left in a hurry too," another quipped, frowning. "What was that all about?" Their idle chatter was silenced as T'charrl got back to talking, seeming to become more bold as he continued to speak. Again the men weren't certain what to believe, but even in their hesitation they were hardly compliant. Really it was beyond their pay grade to know most of what went on behind the scenes, so what was being suggested could possibly be true. "The general is inside, in his office!" the soldier answered back, not quite as loud as the Prince had been. "And let's say he did what you're telling us... That he attacked the Princes. Why would he do that if they were helping?"

"Because they were working with this guy too," Kabocha pointed out, gesturing to T'charrl. "They found out the truth about what's going on, that the general is doing way more than just trying to 'help people move on'. My guess is he was hoping to kill the brothers to keep things quiet, but instead all he's done is piss us off." Man, these guys had the wool pulled over their eyes big time. He could understand not being told things, but there had to have been something to tip them off. "So are you going to let us inside, or are we breaking in? Your call soldier."

Being spoken to like that from a child was demeaning, and worse still was their inability to do anything about it. "You do realize what will happen if he sees you..." the foremost soldier replied, looking at T'charrl uncertainly. "He'll try to kill you, and we can't stop that. If your friends can't either then you're all walking into a death trap. He's the highest ranked officer for a reason you know..." Looking to his broken sword the soldier tossed it aside, shooting the Saiyans an uneasy glance before looking to his comrades. "We're taking them in to see the general, but we'll escort them. If anything happens you're all to stand clear, the general can handle things himself." Even if this were a trick the men were confident that their commander was able to beat these four, Saiyans or not. After all the special forces had felled the two Princes, and they were not quite as skilled as the general was. With a fair deal of resignation the soldiers turned around, two pushing open the gate before they started on inside.

"There, that wasn't so hard was it?" Kabocha smirked triumphantly, taking the lead now as his excitement began to bubble up. The general was in there, somewhere, just waiting to get a face full of fist. What an easy task this was going to be, as if a Kaesstrian was going to give them any problems. A quick one and done, they'd drag the man back and have their parents safe and sound not too long after, and with that all of their worries would be washed away. He couldn't help but flash a smile in the twins' direction, giving them a thumbs up. "Read to see your dad? It won't be long now!"

T’charrl could only watch as the soldiers tried to decide upon the right course of action, but they should have been hurrying up if they knew what was good for them. T’charrl was not fond of how they were essentially stalling progress, they shouldn’t have been afraid to let them in if they were so sure their General was so strong. Then again, if he was to speak for himself, he was not any better with how he was fairly nervous and worrying over meeting the General again. Frowning a little as they spoke amongst themselves before Kabocha spoke up quickly, his antennae twitching in response, “…They weren’t working for me…” he muttered, feeling as if he had actually manipulated them into going against the General. Frowning a little, he looked to the soldiers, giving them a hard stare as one approached, only speaking of possible doom for the Prince if he ever did confront the man. Watching as the man threw his sword and gave the order to the other soldiers, he watched the gates being forced open before T’charrl let out a sigh, “I’m not getting caught off-guard again. He can’t lure me into a trap like he did in the forest”.

Kai and Choi were pretty patient with the soldiers, they knew they could just beat them up if anything bad happened. They were certainly nervous to react, the soldiers taking their time to actually decide whether it was worth letting them in or not until they finally deemed it alright. Waiting until T’charrl finally began to move in with a gentle leaning against his cane, both the twins were looking around cautiously, keeping a lookout for any possible attackers before Kabocha spoke up to them instead of the Prince. Looking to each other momentarily, Choi nodded a little while Kai let out a sigh, “Certainly; although, we’re not as close to our father than you are to your parents”, Kai spoke up, shrugging a little, “But we do want to see him safe, so yeah, why not? Here’s hoping this doesn’t take too long or Takeshi would probably force himself to fly over here to do the job himself”.

Kabocha was feeling pretty darn triumphant that they'd gotten their way inside relatively easily, even if they didn't get to fight. It did seem though that it was more the soldier's confidence the general could beat them that got them inside, rather than their story being believed. It had been enough to cause a bit of hesitation, but it would take a little more to absolutely convince them of it. Looking to the twins when their parents were brought up the Saiyan smirked slightly, shaking his head in reply. "I'm not so much close to them as I need them..." he admitted, folding his hands behind his back. "But I suppose now that we're leaving I really don't huh? We're just saving them on principle now, leave no man behind or whatever." It was unusual for Saiyans of their age to be really even speaking to their parents, let alone trying to rescue them. It was an unusual situation and thus required an unusual approach, Kabocha reasoned. Even if it was unconventional they had to do it. "And Takeshi was hurt, I doubt he'll be up anytime soon. Probably for the best too... You know how vindictive he can get. Our being here is already a mercy."

There were definitely more troops inside of the building, as well as plenty of non-combatant personnel. Word must have traveled rather quickly in this place, as every single person inside gave the group the same uneasy, silent stare. It may have had something to do with being with T'charrl as well, seeing as he was an enemy of the state at the moment. It was a good thing that the three Saiyans were there, as chances were someone would take action against the Prince. A few hallways jutted out from the main room, several doors lining their walls, but they'd not be seeing any of those just yet. Instead the soldiers with them directed them to a desk at the back of the room. Behind it was another guard, working away busily on a computer and barely noticing the group as they approached. One of the men cleared their throat to grab his attention and slowly he glanced up, frowning seeing T'charrl and the Saiyans. "What is this...? Are they prisoners...?"

"Not exactly, they're here to confront the general." the foremost soldier said. Sensing his comrade was going to take that wrong he put a claw over his mouth, making a shushing sound. "According to them the general sent troops to attack the two Princes and nearly killed them. These three are their friends and want to know why it happened. As for the other prince... I can't speak for him, but I doubt the general would have any trouble with him anyways. As far as we can tell its a fairly harmless visit."

The desk guard narrowed his eyes looking at the group, debating silently for a moment if they should be allowed in. They were still unsure of the Saiyan's strength, but estimates put them at least on the special operations level, possibly even with the general. Three people that powerful against their leader was not the nicest idea. If these four were told no what kept them from breaking in? Really he supposed that allowing them inside was the safer route, for every one in the building and not just the general. "I want at least four of you outside of the room, understood? And if any of you try anything..." he paused, staring at T'charrl in particular. "This whole base is prepared to fight. We won't let you walk out of here."

Point across the soldiers gave a nod, ushering the group to continue on. Right past the desk and down the rightmost hallway, they were led down to the end and the final door on the left, designated as the general's office. In customary fashion the soldiers filed against the opposite walls, standing with their weapons at rest and their free arms tucked behind their backs, sans for the one who was to open the door. Tentatively he gave it a light knock, assuming a similar stance as they waited for a reply. "Pardon us general, but we've got visitors for you," the soldier called, hoping to make their presence known. It was taking a fair moment for there to be a reply, but finally the sound of papers rustling and a chair dragging across tiled flooring could be heard. Someone came to the door not too long after, a rather short and unimposing someone. Surprised the soldiers all looked down at the tiny Kaesstrian, too puzzled to speak for a second. "Junsei? Where is General Yusef? Is he in?"

The smaller Kaesstrian glanced up at the soldiers uncertainly, blinking at them from behind large spectacles. "G-General Yusef...?" he mirrored, adjusting the stack of papers in his arms. "Well... No. The general left a while ago on business, he said he'd be back in..." Junsei paused when he looked past the soldier, shocked to find that there was a tribal native amongst them, and Prince T'charrl no less. For a second he simply stared at the boy before dropping his papers, giving a soft yelp as he ran into the room and went behind the desk. "W-what is he doing here?! He's the enemy you fools!" the Kaesstrian shouted, poking his head up from behind the furniture. "This is t-treason! Why isn't he restrained?!"
