Serina watched the golem animate with wide, fascinated eyes. The small oasis retreated from whence it came, the line of soft grass and pastel flower retracting from her feet. She backed away from the area as it began to chance but not in the manner of fleeing. The magic in the air dampened and continued to dissipate while the visible aura faded away and the green glow turned to white. Her ears flicked at the sound of its peaking with a voice coming across as gruff and gravely. The elf had never seen a golem before much the same as any person, but it was not an uncommon concept in magic to create a semi-living construct.
"Obsidian." She inclined her head, putting her hands on her hips and slumping slightly, "It is interesting to meet you. I have never seen a magical construct before." Normally, she was not so forward, but her mind was not correctly calibrated. "What did you call yourself... a golem?" Her eyes, although dull, were focused solely on the golem, one delicate brow arched high. The owl's piercing yellow eyes seemed less curious than the elf's and more suspicious.
