Eventually the night went and the compound fell silent, morning came and with it the compound once again came alive. At 10am, the meeting for Foxtrot Company, the group composed of the newest recruits who recently arrived yesterday and led by the veteran, Carson Merrow. As the new recruits settled into their seats in the briefing room, Carson stood by the front, to the side of a large monitor which at the moment simply displayed an overhead shot of the city of Los Angeles.
"Hope you all are rested, as today the fun begins," Carson stated, holding something in his hand which he pressed which caused the screen to change to the overview of some kind of building, what looked like a nightclub. "This is where we shall be heading, the SIN night club in the darkest, creepiest part of LA. A hive of vampires. While this would not normally be a problem, it has become one as more and more humans have been seen going in and not coming out of the club." He paused, clicking the device in his hand which changed the monitor's display to a blueprint of the nightclub.
"We have gathered information to launch a mission into this, the plan goes as follows. We shall split into two teams, one which will walk into the nightclub, inside this group there will be two humans, Mikael and I, along with two vampires, Trixie and David. Our vampires will act like they have brought Mikael and I as victims for whatever is happening to humans, instead we shall figure out what is going on from the inside."
"The second group, shall act as a strike force that will be set up outside a back door to the nightclub. If my group encounters trouble, such as our cover being broken, then I will give a signal and this group shall charge in through the door and aid us. This mission might end badly, worst cause it turns out into a firefight, in that case, we have been given the clear to eliminate any hostiles," He stated, folding his arms. "If this scenario occurs, then we should already have the advantage as the club does not allow guns inside. This club will be full of vampires, so that in no case does not mean it will be easy."
"Top priority is to find out why humans are being brought into this nightclub then not coming back out. We believe the owner of the nightclub, a vampire named Earl Williams," Carson paused, clicking the device to bring up a picture of what looked like a middle aged man with black hair and a goatee. "Is the mastermind of this problem. Be wary, as this vampire, is over 600 years old. I do not want him killed, if the worst case scenario occurs where it leads to a battle, then I want him taken in alive for questioning."
"The first group, the one I am in, shall be carrying concealable weapons in. That means weapons you can easily hide on yourself. Pistols, revolvers, knives, grenades, maybe a foldable SMG. We have brokered a deal with one of the doormen, he shall 'overlook' us in his patdowns and allow us inside with weapons. That does not mean I want someone to whip their gun out and threaten one of the patrons. The guns are a precaution. If all goes as planned, we won't even need to use them."
"Everyone clear on the mission?" Carson asked, clicking the monitor off.
