We'll end up fighting each other sooner or later anyways.Are we able to spend all our SP at once or do we have to purchase one skill each turn even if we've saved up some?

You can buy it all at once.

IMPORTANT NOTE

You guys all have PDA's, you could totally be talking /' texting each other IC if you want, or have an OOC convo and post it IC. Don't worry about "meta-gaming" as far as alliances are concerned! You control the fiction!

Do you need a basic skill before you can buy the advance skill? Or can you jump straight into the advance skill? If you cant and lets say you had three points could you buy the basic skill for one and the advanced for two in the same turn?

You can buy multiple / upgrade skills in one turn.

You have to buy the first skill to upgrade the second.

IE: in order to get advanced sniping, you'd spend 3 points
