FOUR SPOTS LEFT OPEN~Backstory~ In the year 2200, the world's nations have changed. Asia, now it's own country, has developed into the United Peoples Republic of Asia, or the UPRA for short. In Tokyo, a scientist by the name of Professor Takeshiro created the A.I. known as "Crisis", which had advanced the world into a new age of technology. The Crisis system was developed for robotic assistance to make civilian life more improved. However, the UPRA had made a deal with Takeshiro to make Crisis Bots, which would accompany every individual soldier for their own personal needs, to whatever the soldier required the bot to need. Unfortunately, the Professor disappeared into the night. Fifty years later, the EU is commiting hostile actions against the UPRA, in an act of returning Western Russia to Europe. With tensions rising, the UPRA is about to declare on the aggressors...nobody knows how this conflict will end, but the consequences will be severe.~Rules~1. I am the GM. What I say goes. However, I am always open for suggestions and am willing to have a discussion on said suggestion.
2. No metagaming, godmode, all that stuff.
3. Romance is allowed, but anything having to do with gettin' frisky or doing the do will be asked to fade out or, more preferred, be taken to your private messaging.
4. Swearing is fucking allowed, just don't fucking use it in every fucking god damn sentence that you fucking have.
5. I will allow alien species, given the timeline. However, I will not allow any that have any real kind of power. Enhanced intelligence, agility, strength, and all that sort is fine, but manipulation of energy and all that hub-bub is out of the question.
6. Arguments will not be made in the OOC, no matter what. Only constructive criticism will be allowed and if it turns violent, I will ask you to stop, once and only once.

Professor Takeshiro was a graduate of the UPRA Civilian Academy, eventually joining the Science branch. Around his late thirties, Takeshiro lost a son in a tram malfunction, killing the nine-teen year old boy and at least fifty other people. At the age of fourty-two, he created the Crisis A.I. in order to assist civilians with disabilities on everyday chores and jobs. The success skyrocketed and Takeshiro was praised for his excellent work. Three years later, the military called upon Takeshiro and asked his permission for the use of the Crisis A.I. Highly conflicted with the offer made to him, it was time some time until he finally accepted, and was drafted into the Military Research Center. With his help, the UPRA was able to protect it's borders and people more efficiently. However, he mysteriously vanished after the giving the UPRA the Crisis A.I. It is unknown where is current whereabouts are, but it is suggested that he had died during his travels from a deadly illness.
The UPRA is a Stratocracy, with military leaders in charge of government offices and political positions. Luckily for the civilians of the UPRA, the current leaders have made fair, but moderate laws and regulations. So far, rebellions and insurgencies have been at an all-time low in Asia for years. The most noteworthy feature of the UPRA is their use of the Academies. The current currency is Yen and the capital is Tokyo.
The European Union was originally an organization to prevent violence in Europes countries. However, due to a decline in economy, many European countries had suffered and began to break away. Among the chaos that ensued, the EU began to shift towards an Authoritarian rule, and declared itself it's own nation. Fifty years after the disappearance of Professor Takeshiro, the EU began hostile take-overs in Western Russia in which they justify it being "a part of Europe." The current currency is Euro's and the capital is Warsaw. Countries that are not currently in the EU and have been rebelling since are: Great Britain, Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Belgium, Denmark, and France.
Not much on these two, but all children start their lives in the Military Academy. If they don't pass the physical exam, they are sent to the Civilian Academy. Recruits who finally graduate receive their Crisis A.I. and are allowed to modify it to their liking, for whatever they need for assistance. As for Civilians, Crisis A.I.'s are only given to the wealthy and anyone who may enter the science or health fields. The Civilian Academy focuses more on what you are good at rather then what is available. If you are an expert at health, you will be given a health career depending on your skill with it.
Crisis A.I. are bots with personalities that are used for both military and civilian use. Each A.I. is special in it's own way, with different ideals, feelings, and emotions. When recruits first obtain their Crisis A.I., they start off as small droids, no bigger that your average cardboard box. However, recruits are given special permission to customize their Crisis A.I. and are even encouraged to make them bigger, better, and stronger at what they do, to the point where they can become giant sized mechs. As for civilians, they are typically used as butlers, doctor assistants, and electricians.
