"The Listener, oh THE LISTENER! He's done it again with his sharp tongue and blade! In Black Marsh this time... oooooh! I'll have to pay my dear Listener a visit!"

"Hmm. It seems that my old accomplice has brought back the Archon Sanctuary. Those scaly Lizardmen are in for a surprise when they find out that several men and women suddenly disappear and die. Iman, watch over the sanctuary. I'm going to see an old friend.."

"Yes... It seems that our beloved Listener is at it again with another sanctuary. This 'little girl' should bring an escort to Black Marsh.. One would think after all this time a girl would grow up, even a little...."

The death of Emperor Titus Mede II had Sparked new life in the Dark Brotherhood, bringing them back from the brink of extinction. Many had joined the Brotherhood since that day, and even thirty years into the future, the faction of assassins grows.
The four remaining members of the older Brotherhood all went their separate ways after years of being together, all set on a mission to revive the brotherhood in all corners of Tamriel.

The jester traveled with his Night mother back to his home in Cyrodill, where he assisted in rebuilding both the Bruma and the Cheydinhal sanctuaries for the Dark Brotherhood recruits. In more recent years, he has traveled to Vvardenfell and Morrowind, where new sanctuaries are being built for the faithful followers of the Night Mother.

For some time, the Stalker of the Sands and the Child of the Night traveled together, moving west to High Rock and Hammerfell. Most recent reports say that the Redguard left his home and went southeast to Valenwood and Elsweyr, while the un-child stayed and watched over the desert land.

The Listener had one of the longest journeys, traveling to the Summerset isles before going to Black Marsh, where a new breed of Shadowscales work in tandem with the Brotherhood...

A new chapter begins in the Province of Black Marsh, where four old friends will meet together once again to bring the Argonians to their knees.

It will not be easy, however, as the Dunmer and Morang tong have also migrated to the swamp lands, rekindling a rivalry between two factions.

One quick question, is this limited to only 4 people, because 'where four old friends will meet together once again' suggests it's locked to 4 people. And what are the limits on the apps?

No, that's only for Cicero, Babette, Nazir, and the Listener. They will be appearing in this, the focus stays on our characters. There can be more than four.

Name: Ajin D'janim
Race: Redguard
Age: 34
Gender: Male
Birthsign: The Atronach
Appearance: 5'9", big nose, dark brown eyes and he has a few freckles on his cheeks. He has high cheekbones, and white teeth. There is a scar across his whole face, and one above his eyebrow. He has one chin, and is a blend between muscular and skinny. His skin is (just using this as a reference) nutella brown.
Biography: He was born into a poor family, and his mother died of hunger when he was at the age of three. His father married another woman, this time a pasty white breton. Ajin never got along with her. In fact, when he was seventeen, he killed her in her sleep. To clear up any assumptions or concerns, he killed his father too, by using odd ways of murder. For the breton wife, he whittled the post on her bed to a sharp spike and drove it through her neck, and to kill his dad, he melted metal and poured it down his throat. Two days later, people found out and he was sentenced to life in prison, but not before he called upon the Dark Brotherhood to kill the Jarl. He made sure that the setup was elaborate. When Ajin left the room, the assassin would drop a deadly concoction that would infect anyone in the room with a horrible disease. It was executed perfectly.

In the prison, he learned how to defend himself, since his cellmate would constantly fight him. After about three fights, and a lot of planning, Ajin dislocated a rock from the wall and killed his cellmate, dug out of the prison, and escaped from Cyrodil into Black Marsh. He did have to get new clothes, and by then he was about twenty five. He worked as a farmer, and a mugger attacked him, failing because Ajin swung that rake so hard that it split open the mugger's liver and broke his bones. He did get two nasty scars from this, but also got leather boots and a dagger, plus about 60 Septims. He was a farmer by day, murderer by night, eventually killing twenty different people, and getting noticed by the Dark Brotherhood, which had reformed in Black Marsh when he was thirty years old.

Four years later, he learned how to lockpick, got stronger, and how to run if things didn't work out the way they were planned, and also got some tutoring by the local spell-teacher. He did his job well, and preferred to go alone. Whenever he had a mission that involved a castle, he raided the loot and sold any extra valuables. Black Marsh was very different from Cyrodil, since there was diverse weather in Cyrodil, but it was almost always hot and muggy here, and the natives were argonians, nasty and slimy, scaly and putrid. Weak, brittle, but they did know how to sneak around. That's for damn sure. His job as a farmer works well, too, since there were many sources of water to feed his crops in his wooden house next to a river. He did trade with the occasional passerby, but there was a catch. If they didn't buy from him, he'd kill them, slowly as well.
Personality: For an assassin, he is very nice. Even when he is doing his job, except to anyone in his way. He is straight and his favorite targets are ones in castles, or ones where he purposefully has to be arrested and escape.
Skills, weaponry, and spells: Skills: Is talented with a lockpick, and fast, too. Weaponry: Whatever is with him. It could be a sickle, a rake, daggers, large rocks, curved swords... CURVED. SWORDS. Spells: Detect Life (apprentice) and Cold Touch.

Also, rules? Limits?
You're forgetting a lot of stuff here.
Can we go into cyrodil/elswyr? What happens if you fail a contract? Hm? New guild probably means new rules.

We'll get to the other provinces later.

If you're to fail a contract, you'll be banished from the Brotherhood until you can prove that you're worthy enough to take contracts again.

If you hurt, injure, or kill a brother or sister with the intent to harm them, you will be hunted down and killed.

If you take a contract, then you are required fulfill the request of the person who completed the black sacrement. If you do not, the contract is considered failed and will be given to another member. You will be banished until proven worthy.

If you do anything to hurt the guild, you will be killed.

Well, I'd assumed that people already know the rules, and have no reason to put them up.

Well, still.
If there are no rules, people could exploit the lack of rules and go off doing anything.

"If it were personal, I'd have used a rusty knife."
Name: Cinnir Oaksky
Race: Bosmer
Age: 26
Gender: Male
Birthsign: The Steed
Appearance:
Biography: Growing up as a traveler with his family, Cinnir lived with his father, mother, and sister, who all posed as traveling merchants, but were secretly theives. Their success lasted for years, gaining them riches and treasures from all over the continent. After some time, though, they left the facade of being merchants and instead chose to be just thieves, going into houses and 'cleaning them up'.
Cinnir was better than this family when it came to sneaking and stealing, and decided to clean out a house on his own.All had been good until he got to the first floor of the house, as several guards were there, all waiting to get him. He served ten years in prison, where he killed anyone who challenged him. In that time, his family had stopped theiving, and essentially forgot about him, leaving him in the past.
When released, the first thing he did was go and pay his family a visit, knowing that they were punishing him for taking on a wealthy house on his own. He killed them all quickly and violently before marking the house in Cyrodill as his own.
He wasn't happy with staying around, and decided to continue killing and stealing. The house acted as his safehouse as he traveled around, eventually reaching Black Marsh.
Personality:
Skills, weaponry, and spells: Adept in Archery, Alchemy, and Sneaking. He owns a bow, several types of arrows, and a Dwemer dagger.

That bio seems a little short, and personality is missing. Also never explained how he was noticed by, and accepted into the DB.
Unless he's just barely going to get accepted into the DB.
