Chibi what type of character are you hoping to make? If possible having your character have some sort of professional (in the hero sense) connection to one of the other characters already involved could be a good idea.

Since she is going to be basically a assistant to Dave I think I need to post this here.

Function: Sarah is an android specifically for Dave's care. Her "skin" is made from the same metal that his suit and armor are made of and houses millions of small scales that house a type of camouflage in the form of an actual human being. While she could become a powerful combatant, her programming restricts her to basic assistance and can only activate these battle subsystems during extreme incidents that endanger Dave's life. Sarah's AI is extremely advanced, able to make situation adjustments to her "attitude" to fit almost any given emotional situation and unless you know the truth it is almost impossible to tell her from a human.

Any Ideas you guys could provide me? It could give me a spark of Inspiration. All I have right now Is a Boy who uses Sound and a Girl who involves Magnetism

Maybe the boy can manipulate different sounds, like if he has a suit with different amps along his arms he could make peircing high pitched sounds that can shatter stuff and a sub woofer for an area of attack base note that rocks the ground and stuff.

Chibi, what kind of hero do you want? super powers aren't hard to think up. And you can always go with the basic Super Strength, Super Speed stuff. Light has Super Strength, Super Speed*, and Regeneration for example, with her own unique Atrophy and Fusion Punch abilities which play off her other abilities.

* Her super speed needs build up and fades quickly though to make her balanced.

Or you can always choose Batman for your super power. Batman > All
