Aurora Faye - The God Complex [Advanced]
Name: Aurora Faye
Gender: Female
Age: 19
Appearance / Writing Sample: Seated in a lecture hall, bent over a doodle-ridden notebook, is a young girl barely into her freshman year at the Universty of Chicago. Light brown hair falls to her shoulders and curls at the ends, giving her hair a bouncy, playful look. She moves her left hand up to readjust the pair of large, circular, wire-rimmed glasses that grace her petit, childish nose. Across both cheeks are a field of light freckles; all in all, she's adorable. She sits in a desk, legs crossed at the ankle, focused intently on a notebook full of doodles; her posture and build seem delightfully bright, almost abnormally in fact. The bell rings, she sits up straight and stretches her arms over her head, closes the notebook, and stands up. Looking around the room, she seems drastically shorter than her classmates, standing a mere five foot five. (i.e. 165cm)
Stacking her notebook atop a textbook she clenches them tightly to her chest as she leaves the lecture hall. The soft pitter-patter of rain hitting concrete is interrupted by her running through it; she hurries across the sidewalk towards the Erasure Agency. Turning into an alleyway and nearing the building, Aurora's foot cataches hold of a hole in the pavement and she is sent flying onto the ground and landing with a splash as stray papers are strewn across the wet concrete. Dazed, she lays stagnant in the puddle for a moment before pulling herself up onto her knees, albeit weakly. She reaches out, gathering up the now-drenched papers and her books; looking up into the sky she sighs and pulls herself to her feet. She moves somewhat calmly, slowly, to the end of the alley and looks out across the street. An older gentleman holding an umbrella strolls by, offering a gummy smile to the down-trodden Aurora. Near instantly she perks up and returns the smile to the man before hurrying her way across the street and into the lobby of the Agency.
With her head bent downward, focusing intently on the motions of her own feet, she slides into an empty locker room. Walking around the perimeter of the room, her index finger is extended as she mutters the names on the lockers she passes; finally she comes to a halt in front of a locker across which it reads 'FAYE.' Aurora leans in and turns the knob several times before the door is released; she reaches inside and takes hold of a small grey pair of shorts and a white tanktop. She reaches down with both hands to her collar and slowly unbuttons her shirt; she casts the shirt into the locker and throws the tanktop over her head. She moves her hands down to grip the edge of her skirt, pulling it down and swapping it out with the pair of shorts. She sighs as she removes her glasses and folds them, setting them neatly on a shelf in the locker; she pulls her hair back into a pony-tail, fasting it with a bright pink band. She gazes at herself in the mirror on the inside of her locker's door, looking up and down her length a few times before sighing and closing the door. She takes her leave of the locker room to a small gym, not that she'll get much accomplished.
Personality: At first glance Aurora is an immensely shy person; however, beneath her timidity, she appears to be fairly child-like in both body and spirit. Her positivity is nigh unworldly, almost always being able to make light of a poor situation. She's also unsurprisingly naïve, particularly when it comes to romance. She also seems to have a penchant for sweets, particularly pastries. Of particular note is her wanton attitude towards the Erasure Program; this comes about from her having been taught from a young age by her father, who was an Erasure Agent himself, that the Erasure Program is particularly good because it helps to save lives.

Tsukino Rin & Hania - Covenant Academy [Casual]
In the real world, djinni are described as a race that exists in a higher state of being than humans. They can see and interact with the humans' world, but the humans cannot see or interact with them unless they will it. Every person is paired with a qarīn, i.e. their assigned djinni, at birth.
In the Covenant Academy universe, while everyone has a qarīn, a contract is not formed until the qarīn decides to reveal itself to its human counterpart, this is a rare occurrence especially when compared to ages past when, while still uncommon, was several times more common than today. The qarīn seem to prefer to reveal themselves to performers, stage magicians in today's time; e.g. Criss Angel levitates because his qarīn is lifting him up.
Djinn also possess an animal form in contrast to their human form, typically a djinni needs to be in their animal form before they can fuse with their contractor. It seems that the djinni can only hide from non-contractors. Djinni are particularly useful in that they can interact with the human world even while unsummoned, for this reason the Contractor's powers do not weaken when their qarīn is defeated; a caster's powers are largely magical and derive themselves from recitation of the Qur'an, (e.g. during the Rwandan Genocide, neither Tutsis nor Hutus would approach Muslim neighborhoods for fear of djinn and their derived magic.)
Rin on the right, Hania on the left
•Name: Tsukino Rin
•Age: 15
•Personality: An all-around bum and generally carefree; unmotivated beyond a doubt, save when food's involved. Often times it's up to Hania to wake her; it's been that way for as long as either of them can remember.
•Clubs: Culinary Club
•Brief Backstory: Rin's life has been generally uneventful, actually, save the fact that she's always been more in touch with her qarīn, Hania, than most people are with theirs. For as long as she can recall, she's seen, talked to, and been friends with Hania; they're practically sisters.
•Contract(s): Hania (Djinni)
Hania's Animal Form
•Name: Hania
•Type: Djinni
•Personality: Mischievous and excessively youthful, in stark contradiction to Rin. She particularly enjoys playing pranks on non-contractors, for which Rin can often take the blame.
•Powers: Due to the nature of her contract, Rin can cast magics by reciting memorized verses of the Qur'an.
Why the Qur'an? Many, many years ago, Mohammed was a great contractor whose qarīn taught him to use his magic first; he wrote all he learned in a grimoire and when he died his followers interrupted the grimoire as the word of God and made it sacred to their faith.
Presently, her memorized verses are these:
Surat An-Naĥl 16:81 "And Allah has made for you, from that which He has created, shadows and has made for you from the mountains, shelters and has made for you garments which protect you from the heat and garments which protect you from your enemy in battle. Thus does He complete His favor upon you that you might submit to Him." A general equipping spell, after reciting Rin's body is clothed in an ultra-light armour, increasing her defenses without hindering her speed, which is good because there's hardly any to begin with.
Surat Saba 34:9 "Then, do they not look at what is before them and what is behind them of the heaven and earth? If We should will, We could cause the earth to swallow them or could let fall upon them fragments from the sky. Indeed in that is a sign for every servant turning back to Allah." A collection of three meteors, no larger than two-meters width are summoned from the sky, falling onto the area around Rin.
Surat 'Āli `Imrān 3:116 "Indeed, those who disbelieve - never will their wealth or their children avail them against Allah at all, and those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally." A ball of fire amasses as the words are recited, then at the end is released in a brilliant display away from the caster.
Surat Al-'Isrā' 17:45 "And when you recite the Qur'an, We put between you and those who do not believe in the Hereafter a concealed partition." A shield spell, capable of blocking a succession of melee attacks and absorbing a couple of magic attacks within a brief period of time; is particularly draining on Hania's part.
•Fusion:
•Summon: As a djinni, Hania has the power to transverse large distances at quick speeds, she's found this power to be particularly useful when trying to get Rin to class on time.

Aurora Hertz - Attack On Titan: Flight of Freedom [High Casual]
Name: Aurora Hertz (Formally, Baronetess Aurora von Frost)
Age: 15
Appearance: Aurora stands a mere one-and-six-tenths meters, that is five-feet-and-three-inches, from the tip of her head to the soles of her boots. She moves with an utterly bubbly jump to her step; her hair, which is shoulder-length and curls at the end, bounces as she moves. Her skin is fair, yet maintains a hint of a Mediterranean olive to it. Freckles are scattered across her cheeks on either side of her nose, upon which a thin pair of rectangular and wire-rimmed glasses rest; behind them lay deep emerald-green eyes. Her brow rests high on her face, making her eyes appear larger than average. Gracing either side of her face are ears whose size fits that of her head, simply average. Her bust is small, there being nearly two inches, i.e. five centimeters, difference in her bust-to-chest measurements ; they are severely underplayed by the loose-fitting button-up shirt whose hue is a light pink. Donning her shoulders is the standard tan jacket which cuts off at the bottom of the bosom; on it is a patch bearing the Wings of Freedom, the Scout Regiment's iconic symbol. Draped back over her shoulders is the green cape, standard issue to members of the Scout Regiment, it too bears the Wings of Freedom across the back. Looping around both shoulders and crossing at the bust and waist, crossing over the pelvis, then looping twice around the thighs and down the leg are the straps of the harness for use with Omni-Directional Mobilty gear. Draped from the hips to the middle thigh are the brown skirts of the uniform, underneath which are a pair of light-grey trousers which reach down to be upstaged by a tall pair of dark leather boots. On the eve of a mission she sits atop a light-brown speckled horse whose name is Adelaide, holding onto the reigns and the regulators for her ODM gear at the same time; hung from her waist on either side are sheathes for her blades which shine brilliantly against the sunlight. She pulls her hair back in the front with a white bandana, knotted firmly in the back. Her smile at this moment is almost unnatural, one simply can not help but feel comforted by it.
Personality: Aurora is an almost unnatural optimist, counting her blessings always she excels at finding the good in a situation, not to say she doesn't have her spells of angst. She has a kind, motherly heart inherited from her final years at the orphanage taking care of the refugee children. At times she is best described as spacey, with a short attention span she is prone to day-dreaming and her analytical skills are less than average. Not just outwardly, but inwardly as well, her optimism isn't simply a façade, but rather her entire world-view. During studies, she's of fairly average intellect but due to her child-like philosophies and general spaciness she's often portrayed as an airhead. Aurora enjoys, above all other parts of her job, simply sailing through the skies with ODM gear; the feeling of moving through the air effortlessly brings her immense joy and she can often be heard exclaiming her joy as she slices through the air. Strangely enough, the idea of the death of her friends and comrades doesn't strike her as upsetting, quite the opposite, even as she watches as comrades are cremated after a battle she has a smile on her face and her tears fall not out of giref but out of happiness in the idea that she'll reunite with them one day.
History: Fifteen years ago a young girl, not yet in her teens, worked as a maid for a minor noble, Baron von Frost, whose residence was in the western countryside between walls Sina and Rose. The noble's wife had recently passed and the noble's heart was aching, as the girl brought him sweets to feel better he looked at her with longing eyes. In the middle of the night, he called on her to his bedchambers and ambushed her, conceiving a child by her. The bastard child was named Aurora and taken on by the noble who had the mother executed in secrecy. The child was reared as a young lady until the age of six when a disgruntled servant of the noble let the rape and death of the young maid slip at a dinner party hosted at the manor. He was taken into custody by members of the Military Police and arrested. Later, of course, he posted 'bail' and returned to life at his manor. Aurora, however, was relocated to an orphanage in Mitras, as she grew her memories of noble life grew foggier and foggier until all she knew was her happy quiet life in the orphanage. Wall Maria broke when Aurora was five years old, she barely remembers a time when the threat of titans wasn't a pressing matter, as such she left to join up with the 108th Trainees when she was eleven; pressed by the tales of the older refugee children in the orphanage before they too left to join the Trainees, she bids adieu to the matron alongside many other children whose hearts were turned by tales of brutality and the threat against humanity. Unbeknownst to her to this day, a year after her leaving the orphanage was destroyed and the residents were crushed during the fight between the Female Titan and Eren. Training went by fairly uneventfully, utter average in just about everything, though perhaps slightly below average when it came to tasks that required great concentration. When the announcement of the rankings came Aurora was sixty-eighth on the list, yet she still joins up with the Scout Regiment whose survival rate is lower than low and whose numbers have swelled since the advent of the Titan-Shifters.
Offensive Skill: 7/10
Defensive Skill: 4/10
Strategic Skill: 4/10
Teamwork: 10/10
Weaknesses: Aurora tends to be naïve, often being tricked into unpleasant situations which she would have perceived as being innocent or safe. She has nearly fallen into the arms of one-too-many potential human-traffickers, child molesters, and other things that stalk the night. She also has a short attention span, often falling short on cuts during training for being distracted by butterflies fluttering by or something similar.
Skills Unique to Your Character: Living in the orphanage and having many of the children leave at the age of eleven left Aurora plenty of time to work the kitchen, as such, she knows plenty of practical ways to prepare delicious food from simple ingredients and is an accomplished cook.
