Roxy thought about ignoring him. She easily could have. It would be the first time she had gone a hole day without food. Still there was no reason to punish herself. She left the room to get some food. She took a plate and helped herself to whatever interested her. She sat as far from him as she could. She dug into her food silently.

Jake glanced at her, and laughed a bit. Although he knew he was a bit tipsy, he was just teasing her.
Jake grabbed some meat from the BBQ, as he then slowly started to eat it.
"You do realize.... That you can relax.... For just a week or two?...."
Jake tried to speak, while eating, but durring the swallowing he had to take a few breaks, for speaking and swallowing didn't truelly wen't well together...
Jake glanced at the horizon, as he noticed how low the sun truelly was, it would probably be around... 10pm by now...
Well... he didn't truelly cared how late it was, neather did he cared if he would be awake the entire night because of his body changing towards this enviroment...

"Your an idiot." Roxy told him. She could relax. Relaxing would get her killed. She wasn't going to let his stupid vacation get her killed. If he wanted to be stupid and relax then he was welcom to do so, but she wasn't going to. It wasn't like she knew how to relax anyway. Relaxing was for the regular and the boring. She had never been either.

Jake glanced at her, he was stupid? Perhaps... But atleast he would be relaxed and ready for the big battle to come...
"Roxy, grab a beer and relax will ya? They won't find us within the week, next week will only get dangerous at the end of it, and in three weeks time we need to be ready. So for now, just relax, grab a beer and enjoy the scene around you will ya?"
Jake smiled at her as he finished his stake, grabbed a new one from the BBQ and sat down again, starting with his new steak.

"I don't drink." Roxy told him. She didn't know why he thought they were safe. But she didn't. She had been studying her father her while life. He had only study what the FBI suppected. And he had probably only had that information a few years. There is no way he knew her father better then she did.

Jake glanced at Roxy and laughed a bit about her face. She looked quite scared about Jake's appearance at this moment, but what most didn't knew and also never was found in his files, was that Jake's birthcountry was Australia. He made sure none of his files showed this.
"You do realize that Peter Black will atleast need a few weeks to find out we are here? I told no one about this place, not even my friends back there. For this is my birthplace, I was born here, and no file would ever tell that, not even the internet. I erased it myself darling."
Jake smiled at her, as he placed his plate untop of a small table next to him. As he stood up, he glanced at Roxy, she was sitting just a meter from the pool... With a small bombing in the water, she would also get wet...
Jake grinned a bit evil, as he took a spring and jumped into the water, making a huge splash, wich went over Roxy.

"You underestimate my father." Roxy told him. She didn't believe it would take him weeks to find them. Even if what he said was true and he had completely delete himself from every record there were other ways to find them. The plane they had taken was the biggest lead. Once her father that they had taken a plane he just had to start tracing the flights. It might take time tracing every flight, but it wouldn't take long.

As Jake surfaced from the water, he glanced at Roxy... She forgot one thing about the plane... They didn't showed any I.D....
Jake only showed his badge, wich wasn't truelly an I.D. to trace them where they went...
"Roxy... You do realize, we didn't showed any I.D., passport or any kind of thing that would be able to trace us right? I only showed my badge to the guys at the checkpoints, and they probably already forgot the code on it."
He glanced at her, for somehow she seemed a bit too tense.... When they would have easily had a weeks rest...

"You're an idiot. ID and badges are too easy to fake. My father isn't going to bother tracing them. He is going to show my picture around. Probably with a story about being a loving and concern father. We stuck out in that airport. Particularly me. He'll find out we took a plane within a couple of days." Roxy assure him. She stood to take her plate inside. "Relax if you want. But I want to live."

Jake glanced at her, bursted out in laughted and swam to the side.
You do realize, that this house is in the middle of nowhere? Only my friends know where its built, amd both of them barelly talk. They even know what is going on, so they will know how to react, once your father steps onto this soil."
Jake's voice sounded a bit dark this time, more because of his past, but he knew how to hide out here, he knew how to take down an enemy and he would even know when the time would be there, that her father would find this place...

"I have seen him take down hundreds just like you. People who thought they were smarter then he was. He has found remote places like this before. He will find us it is only a matter of time." Roxy told him confidently. Jack might think he could take her father, but from what she had seen Jack couldn't even take her. Her father was smart and he had hundreds of minions to send after them. Time wasn't on their side.

Jake pulled up his right eyebrown, as he glanced at Roxy, she apparently underestimated him... Wich was quite logical with the act he putted on...
"Well... I guess I shall make a bonfire then, and make sure your father and his minnions will be greeted with full respect"
Jake grinned as he pushed himself out of pool, and sat down on the edge, leaving his legs in the water.

Roxy rolled her eyes and headed into the house. She was doomed. That was all there was too it. She had trusted her life to the FBI's most reckless and irresponsible agent. She was going to die a painful death. She didn't know why she was delaying the process. There was no point in it. Her father would never pay for what he had done. She washed her dishes in the sink and then placed them in the rack to dry.

Jake glanced at her, holded in his laughter, and once he saw Roxy standing inside, he bursted out in laughter.
Ussually his protection jobs were boring... Always some foolish witness...
This time he had someone from his own age, who he could easily piss off and he even didnt had to tell his own background for she feared mostly for her life... for a little bit atleast...
Jake stood up and walked back to his chair, as he grabbed a book from the table of the chair and started to read it.

Roxy lay in her room staring at the ceiling. When had life gotten so complicated? Why did she have to end up with the one agent that didn't care one wit for his life or hers. She was tempted to sneak out and make a go at surviving on her own. Surely that would be better then this. She put Max's jacket on trying to feel like she wasn't alone in the world. Atleast the day was almost done. Tomorrow she could decide what to do.

Jake glanced up from his book, as he noticed the sun was going down... This ment he had to set up his sentries, whom would alarm him if anyone walked trough their lines...
Jake also just remember he left the bag that holded the sentries, onto the table inside the house... Sometimes he was just to lazy it seemed...
For now he would keep reading his book, untill the night truelly had fallen down upon them.

Roxy closed her eyes. Tomorrow she would walk around and see what the area looked like. She didn't know if she would stay with Mr. Agent or take off on her own. Either way she was going to have to fight for her life. Which meant that she needed more then one knife. She knew he had to have weapons hidden around the house. She just had to find them. If he didn't have what she wanted or if she couldn't find his weapons she would have to become more creative about getting what she needed.

Jake glanced at the sky, as he closed his book... Night had fallen upon the lands, amd now he had to place his sentries.
Jake stood up, walked inside and grabbed the bag from the table. Once he threw it over his shoulder, he glanced at Roxy's room, the door was closed...
Jake walked towards the front door, opened it and walked outside. He would place the sentries 250 meters away from the house, so that he would be warned on time, would be able to grab his weapons and would be able to take down a few before they would enter shooting range...
Once Jake placed each sentry on it's place, Jake walked back up the hill... Once back at the house he walked inside and closed the door again.
Now he would get some sleep... For tomorrow a new day would arive, and it will be a day closer towards when they would arive...
Jake walked towards his room, as he dropped the bag in the hallway, entered his room and fell down on his bed, fallong asleep at the instance he hitted his head against his pillow.

Roxy slept through the night. She dreamed of her best friend and the things they had shared in the past. She woke up early and made herself some toast. She wasn't a big eater first thing in the morning. She thought about her decision to stay. A lot would depend on her ability to get her hand on weapons. As she eat she began searching the house.

Jake slowly woke up, he heard movement in the hallway, grinned a bit and slowly stood up from his bed...
He changed his swimmingtrunks, for some summer clothes and walked into the livingroom...
As he glanced at Roxy, who was apparently searching the house for something...
Jake sat down on the coach as he smiled.
"Searching for something?"
Jake glanced at her, while he placed his arms across each other.
