We are all wards of the state and minors, for us all locations are prisons, some are minimum and other Max.
It is a quandary I agree not having many secrets but if there's nothing we can do to find privacy then it is futile to trouble ourselves about it.
As for punishment that is the result of any an all antisocial behavior whether an adult or a minor

Nabiki sighs as she tries to remember that she and Thomas are new to each other and that communication is always a difficult hurdle.

I would council caution in this matter till you can understand more the trap you are in.
I understand how difficult it is to wait at our age but it is sound advice none the same.
Take time to smell the Roses, who knows you might discover those with few or no thorns.

"Actually I could care less what you or anyone else thinks. Your labels mean jack to me. I know who and what I am. If you want to put a label on it makes no difference to me. It isn't going to change who I am."
