I'm 23 at 5'11, 175 Ibs and I don't think I'm very big at all...

I'm actually self-conscious about how thin I am and would like to be able to gain more weight. Unfortunately, my metabolism won't allow me to lose or gain weight. What's 'WIP' ?

Getting fat was just something that sort of happened with me. With high metabolism I find it easier to "Condition" myself to use low amounts of energy. I.e. Be lazy as fuck. Of course your economical situation also matters; pretty hard to get three square meals when 60% of your income is set for paying next month's rent. Take free food where you can get it. If you want to gain weight but without the cholesterol, lean meats and grains are good. Not fatty meat that stuff will go right through you. Grains like rice gives you a nice bit of fat that doesn't really have much use so it sort of sticks around until you need to burn it, and if you live a low-energy lifestyle, you never will.

Trust me, I stuff my face four times a day and eat mostly everything. Regardless of how healthy/unhealthy it is for me. I have been the same weight for over 5-6 years now. My lifestyle is kind of high-energy, so that combined with my metabolism/genetics doesn't help with my wanted weight gain.
