About to read the IC posts, I'll say to Ich. Claudia's origin comes from the fact she can't forget anything, she channels it to read or pass on memories. Victoria exploded some parts of Tia, where the Gentleman Lives and ruined his party, he sent Conquest to bring her back to The Gentleman. And even if he doesn't remember the fight, he remembers that The Gentleman told him to get Victoria, when they were in the ritual chamber.
